Basically simple. Maintenance of room more than adequate for an older building. Worth the price if you want a calm place to sleep.

All the years I've been coming to this area, I'd never been here before..and disappointed I hadn't! Clean room, nice hot water, good location and friendly service and an excellent price! Will definitely be back..

Really quit and good services, they don't ask you desperately to check out, you can take your time and enjoy your coffee with the nice green view sitting outside.
