Pull tab numbers, they are there for a reason. Pulled a number and ate a quick sandwich as they were 17 cuts away. Went back and Ashley, who is absolutely rude, said we are not doing that. So I took my son and went off post for a more professional place of business.

Came here for a well needed hair cut day before New Year’s Eve at 3:30 and they tell me we’re closed today come back tomorrow. It’s 3:30 pm a Saturday how are you guys closed that early??

It's always clean and well-stocked, I will give them that. However, what I hate is the self-checkout. You are immediately hounded by a customer service rep about your military ID, then half the time asked again in the middle of the transaction. It's been what a year and the self-checkout still doesn't accept cash? You have to go to customer service for cash, which doesn't help when the store is open 2 hours earlier but self-checkout only. Some people still carry cash consistently. The commissary can take cash at self-checkout, Walmart can, and Target can, what's taking so long?

The weekends need to be better staffed. Expect to wait for about 2 hours. There are literally 2 people for a full barbershop.

Be prepared to wait 1.5-2 hours for a haircut if you come on the weekend. There’s a “THANKS FOR BEING PATIENT” staffing shortage sign that has been up over nine months now. Whoever is in charge doesn’t care to fix the shortage.

The barber shop is straight a joke. How do these people are even allowed to touch other people's hair. I got a cut done within 6 minutes and it was completely ????. Save your time asking your buddies or friends if they can do it for you because here not only you'll look worse after a cut but you'll also feel you could go back in time and slap yourself for even considering coming here
