Customer service the best out of any tire shop I've been to been coming here for alignment and new tires for the last couple of years since 2021, their alignment warranty is one of the best things that this tire shop has done I have most likely have saved about $1,500 in alignments and I can recommend that warranty to anybody hands down the best thing you will do in Fort Drum for your vehicle on your next alignment make sure you get that added on for an extra hundred bucks and trust me you're not going to regret it cuz every single alignment is around 120 to $150 and after the first extra alignment you do you get your money back so definitely take a look at that.

Had a bad customer service experience here a few weeks ago, reached out to management. They listened to my concerns and validated my complaint, but said they had to reach out to their District Manager to talk about a reimbursement.
It’s been two and a half weeks and they haven’t reached back out to me. And calling the customer service line for Goodyear has not been helpful, as I’ve been on 10+ minute waits every time I’ve attempted. For charging $129 an hour for their services, I’d like to think they appreciate their customer’s time as well.

Very disappointed with my experience at Goodyear.
I brought in wheels with summer tires mounted and a set of winter tires, and simply needed them swapped and balanced.
The wheels were already off the car, yet I was charged $155 — more than double what other shops charge for the same job.
They also used clip-on weights on the backside of my aftermarket wheels instead of tape weights.
Overpriced and not attentive to details — I won’t be back.
Edit: I took another set of wheels and tires to Walmart. Same service. Half the cost. Photo of Walmart receipt attached.

Very friendly and honest service! As part of my service, I asked for an alignment due to the fact Davidson Truck Repair in Watertown, NY said I needed one. They ran their test, showed me the results, and I didn't need one. So instead of taking advantage, they were honest and removed the charge. Store is clean and well kept. We need more honest places like this one. Definitely will return!
Note: They dont have a public bathroom, so keep that in mind if waiting while having your car done.

Exceptional service. Following a tire rotation at a dealership I noticed an odd noise. The Goodyear team made time late in the afternoon to inspect the vehicle and identified the issue. Highly recommend this Goodyear to anyone and I plan to do all my vehicle services here in the future

The customer service is above and beyond here. Sam is great and the maintenance done on my car was excellent. I’m so pleased with the results of the repairs and tire service.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Went in for tire change outs and an oil change and it took longer than expected.

I took my car there to for a front end alignmnet and the mechanic there did not make any difference and didnt fix the problem. Buyer beware
Edit: They were helpful with other things and did have coffee and chairs in waiting room!
