The Timbers offers comfortable and well-maintained apartments on base, noted for their nice aesthetic. The staff is incredible, professional, and tirelessly helpful, making processes like moving in or PCSing easy and less stressful. They are known for great communication and flexibility, often expediting procedures. The community is very pet friendly, with well-kept grounds and facilities. Located a quick drive to work, it is a clean and comfortable place to live, highly recommended as a great home.

The staff is incredible. They are always there to help. The apartments are comfortable and well taken care of. The staff work tirelessly to shovel the roads, cut the grass and fix the apartments. Very pet friendly.

Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to live. The staff were always kind and easy to work with. This was a great first home at Ft. Drum!
