One of the only bases I've been stationed at that actually offers apartments on base for unaccompanied Soldiers. It has a very nice aesthetic and they don't automatically take your entire BAH. I had a very limited amount of time to move out of the barracks and into an apartment before attending a TDY course, and the leasing office was very flexible and helped me expedite the process.

The staff is incredible. They are always there to help. The apartments are comfortable and well taken care of. The staff work tirelessly to shovel the roads, cut the grass and fix the apartments. Very pet friendly.

This is my second time renting with the Timbers and I have no complaints. It is a quick drive to work, customer service is great. Erica communicates clear and to the point. I recommend to anyone that isn't look for something too big or too small.

Michaela was extremely helpful, had great communication, and had an incredible amount of patience with all of my questions. PCSing to any new duty station is stressful, but she made everything easy when it came to housing so I had one less thing to worry about. Building and facilities are great as well, and the rest of the staff I’ve interacted with have been incredibly helpful! :)

I arrived at the Timbers during the fall, and while this was my first time moving into a new apartment in the military, from the beginning to the end it was an easy and stress-free process. This was entirely because of the absolute professionalism of the staff. In particular, Michaela was extraordinarily helpful at all times and was always willing to go above-and-beyond in answering any questions or concerns that I had about moving in. She would respond promptly to any issues I would think of and had no problems working with me to make the move as smooth as possible. Additionally, the Timbers is conveniently close to the PX, gym and library and the apartment itself is great, with an abundant amount of space for you to keep everything you would need.I would highly recommend the Timbers to anybody moving to Fort Drum. The apartments are good, the buildings are centrally located and most importantly, the exceptional and genuine help you receive from Michaela and the staff throughout the entire process is what makes it such an overall positive experience moving there.

The staff at the Timbers made my first PCS move as painless as possible. They were quick and clear in any communication prior to my move in. They made sure everything was on time and ready for my move in. Special thanks to Michaela who made the entire process so easy. She reassured any worries I had during the entire process and continued to help as I completed my move in. Highly recommend renting at the Timbers.

Michaela Richard’s helped me throughout the process from applying to showing me around the building. Everyone so far is very nice and approachable. The apartment itself, the building and the office are very nice and well kept.

Michaela was an awesome help, PCSd from Colorado as a single SFC arrived and everything was in place. Took no more than 10 minutes to do a walk through, power was already on and photos accurately described the location. Communication was also consistent through the entire process I 10/10 recommend these apartments.
