It feels gloomy in here; it's the lighting. But the store itself has enough of a variety here that you can almost do one-stop shopping, including groceries, if you aren't in need of fresh meat or produce. Prices may or may not be competitive, check the yellow labels under products for sales or special deals. If you don't mind possibly spending slightly more for basic items, you can find this place a quicker place to shop than superstores (department and grocery) many times larger.

I love tye fort Edward dollar general they have awesome workers friendly never rude always helpful always stocked with all there products id rather go there just bc of the way the workers are then go to walmart sometimes. Thanks everyone that works there for everything even putting up with the crazy kids that run in and out all the time..
