“I brought my van in this past summer. They gave her a new exhaust. She ran great after it was done. After I got her back, she was making a weird rattle sound. They checked it out. They couldn’t hear it and said if I kept hearing it, bring it back in anytime. I kept hearing it and had one of the guys sit in the car with me so I could point it out when it happened. He heard it and they got it in at the soonest availability for them and me. It just ended up being a rusted out bolt that was holding up a heat shield that needed replacing. They fixed the issue. I was very pleased with the service here and plan on bringing my vehicle back for whatever else it needs here. They are pleasant to work with, they respond pretty fast through text which is great when I’m at work and need a quick inquiry. I used to be a Warren tire girl, but not anymore since the last time I had them put new tires on the cut my tire pressure sensor and two out of three brand new tires were constantly needed to be filled. I’m happy to make the switch to ABC Auto and have them be my new go-to.”
