“Kevin recently detailed my C8 Z06 with CQuartz Finest Reserve and not only was the work outstanding and diligent; but he took the extra time to explain the full process and provided me an entire document to care for the car going forward.
He also took extra time to install side radiator covers that I had ordered separately, and did not charge me for the time it took him to flawlessly put them on.
Kevin spent a lot of time communicating with me for weeks leading up to the appointment to discuss pricing, and options relative to my budget to make sure I was well informed on all of the products he uses.

“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. We are on our way without a delay. Amazing customer service! Please help support a great family owned business!”

“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

I dropped off the car on a Monday and picked it up the following Monday. The dashboard came out perfect. Steve also made sure that an additional repair was made, at no cost, as a result of some minor damage during the dash repair process which further solidified his professionalism. Luis, if I'm spelling his name right, was very helpful and walked me through the process of what needed to be done to fix up the scratch on my rear passenger side. Granted it was a small scratch, but, to give you a sense of the paint job they did, if the car wasn't mine, I wouldn't be able to tell you there was a scratch in the first place afterwards. The paint job was fully realized, and they even washed the car and wiped down the interior. It looked BRAND BRAND new. Highly recommend these guys if you have need of some work done on your car.”
