“CRich car was recommended to me by a coworker, and the process was easy. I told them what kind of car I wanted, but unfortunately, I was unable to find it. They made sure I was taken care of and I drove off the lot with the second car I had in mind, so tell your friends to tell their friends. If you are looking for a car, CRich is the place to go”

“North shore auto collision made the stressful process of getting my vehicle repaired after an accident so much easier and less stressful. From the moment I walked in to their office after my car accident I felt taken care of. Nicole walked me through the next steps and what to expect. The team was clear, communicative and responsive through the repair process. Most importantly the repair and work they did on the vehicle is fantastic. The car looks and drives like it was never in an accident at all. They also detailed the car so it was a nice surprise to pick up a spotless vehicle. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car, guys. I Will keep you guys in my back pocket for any future needs for myself as well as friends and family.”

“I brought my Toyota Highlander 2026 in after finding my car completely covered in what appeared to be tree sap and something else . After talking to Ariel he reassured me he would do everything possible to correct and restore my car to its original condition as best he could, my car had sap and something else completely baked into my car. He discussed various options and suggested the course of action to take. After leaving my car with him he completely restored my car back to its original shine and took out all the imperfections, he kept me informed on my car from start to finish with updates. I would definitely go back if needed and highly recommend his shop. Thank you to Ariel, Anthony and Angel for working so hard and making a happy customer. Will be back to detail my husband’s truck.”

“I’ve had Harris take care of my car on two separate occasions recently—first to replace a door, and second to repair front-end damage through my insurance. Harris was great to work with. He handled the insurance process thoroughly, making it as hassle-free as possible for me, and clearly explained what needed to be done. Both times, my car was ready within the timeframe he promised and the work was excellent. Would definitely recommend Harris and his shop!”

“I was recently involved in an accident and brought my car to Executive Pro Auto Collision in Hicksville. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The repairs were paid for privately, and they gave me a very fair and reasonable price. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. When my car was ready, one of the owners actually came and picked me up and brought me to the shop so I wouldn’t have to take an Uber. That was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. My car looked absolutely brand new when I got it back. The detailing was honestly better than any detailing I have ever received anywhere before. They clearly take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Everyone there was so pleasant, and the entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Executive Pro Auto Collision to anyone who needs collision repair. Excellent work, excellent service, and genuinely wonderful people!”

“After reading Tony's glowing review here, I took my blackwing here as well. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He's very blunt and honest. I had a similar experience where my car was being worked on right next to a Pagani. If people trust their multi million dollar cars to them on a regular basis, it shows the attention to detail that gets them their well deserved reputation. They treated my car just as well and did a fantastic job with the PPF.”

When my car was hit and run while parked- the day before I was leaving for vacation no less- the team at Master Collision went out of their way to work with me and put my mind at ease. They worked closely with my insurance, they kept me appraised with what was going on, and my car looks beautiful. I truly feel like they went above and beyond. Master Collision Concepts are highly recommended for their professionalism, friendliness, and working hard to make a difficult situation as easy as they could make it. Thank you so much! 🙂”

“Delivery was super fast! The all purpose cleaner was the only cleaner ive ever used that successfully removes contaminants off wheels without effort! Ive tried washing my parents cars and removing the contaminants with just soap and never worked! It was effortless with the all purpose cleaner. Easily removes whatever is on the tires as well which sets me up perfectly to apply the nicks tire shine. The tire shine is the BEST tire shine out there. Ive used maguiars and chemical guys before and they shine but nicks doesnt just shine. It adds a beautiful gloss!!”

“Sal is absolutely the best! I had been desperately looking for someone to remove tree sap stains that had been sitting for a week long in the hot blaring sun so I really thought I was done for. I had inquired and came by the same day and Sal was very knowledgeable in his craft! I wish I had a before picture but it was everywhere on my hood and a little bit here and there on my car, very orange oxidized stains. I had only requested removal of the tree sap stains but he went above and beyond, interior and exterior cleaned, vacuumed, wheels cleaned, truck spotless, and even buffed out small scratches I had too!! All done in 3 hours, and I showed up with my jaw on the floor. You won’t get this quality of care and price at other detailers at all. 100% has become his new regular 🫶”

“Honest reviews only allow businesses to grow. So here is an honest review on this company . Manny from my initial text was a true professional and gentleman. For me, anything after that makes sense for me because I know I am dealing with an adult that didn’t just care about making money but also cared about building his client relationship. I came in for a simple 3” strip to run along the side of my pick up . I gave Manny my vision and he took it from there . I also had a tight timeline and he kept his word , this is what adults do. The truck came out amazing. So if you are looking for a shop that offers respect and amazing work, this is your shop. And did I mention he gave me a Military discount?! Best of luck Manny !”
