Challenge Escape Rooms in Franklin Square and Rockville Centre, NY offers one of the best escape room experiences on Long Island. The staff are so friendly, providing the best customer service. A kind worker was so patient and funny, making the night even more fun. The guide was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are really cool and well thought out. The Psycho Next Door room (the hardest one) was truly challenging, and the room itself was really cool. The game room was easy level, but it is not that easy. Guests had a blast, proud of getting out with 8 minutes to spare. Although some groups did not solve the room escape, they had a great time trying. It is a challenging yet fun experience. A little expensive but a fabulous family fun activity. The food was good. Excellent staff and great place for a family game day. Ideal for birthday parties, corporate team building, date nights, and group events.

Lots of fun. We were a large group and it was very enjoyable. The attendant explained everything and was very helpful. A fun activity for a night out.

Bought the tickets as a gift for my family. They had a great experience, and found Back to the 80s room very creative!
