The branch is bright and neat inside, but only one personal banker and the branch manager were working to take care of account inquiries and new account opening. A few tellers were working there as well. The personal banker was very friendly and professional. Got everything take care of immediately. Strongly recommended to call them to make an appointment before going in for any account inquires to avoid the wait. A small parking lot dedicated to Citibank customers.

I went to this branch to close an account that my husband had with his mother. My mother in law is deceased and I have Power of Attorney for my husband. The manager made me come back 3 times to take care of this account and made everything difficult. He questioned me about the Power of Attorney and when I asked for statements because I was applying for Medicaid for my husband ( who has early onset Alzheimer's) I was told that they couldn't do it and I had to speak with Priority customer service. When I called them ( in Texas) they told me that it's done at the branch! I tell everyone I know not to use Citibank. I have always felt that the big banks care only for their bottom line and this proved me right. I will never use Citibank and plan on getting rid of any credit cards I have with them. I will always use and promote Credit Unions they are all about their members. The one I use always tries to help. They told me what I needed to do to get the bank statements ( 5 years) I needed at no cost to me.

I have been trying to call the branch numerous times and no one picks up.That is definitely NOT good customer service. Are the employees overwhelmed or not hard workingis it Citibank's fault or the employees Easier to take my business to another bank. Disappointing to say the least !

Location is blah but it's a bank. I like the people there and they are nice. They have a lot of turnover it seems. No drive through though.
