DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU HAVE THE WHOLE DAY TO SPEND. THE WORST BRANCH EVER WITH POOR CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT. EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE TRAINED AGAIN ON HOW TO MULTI TASK. MANAGER HAS NO CLUE AND HAS ZERO SKILLS TO LEAD THE BRANCH.

This is the worst Citibank branch I have been to. Made an appointment to make some account changes, took time off from work to pick up my elderly Mom and proceeded to the branch where I had a 1pm appointment. The branch did not honor the appointment. They made an excuse that they are understaffed and there is a problem with online appointment bookings. After this experience and their refusal to honor the appointment and address my banking needs, I am taking my business to a different bank. Goodbye Citibank...

Non of employees have good manner, didn't get treat well, this bank is getting worst now a days, they asking for ID to deposit money in my own account!!! Customer representative over the phone have no idea about product, not knowledgeable!!

There mobile deposit system is a complete joke. I deposited a check for 350 dollars. That night order Italian food. So I spent roughly 85 bucks. Have a hospital appointment the next morning. I am disabled. I go to call a cab after my appointment and soon find out my bank account is in the negative. So I had to wait 4 hours for my brother to get off work to pick me up. This bank does nothing but lie to me. They are a disgrace.

Poor customer service. About a month ago I walked in with my sons to open up a bank account. A teller took my number, as no one picked up the branch phone for me to make an appointment, and I am still waiting for their phone call. I have been a Citibank customer for over 20 years and this service is disappointing.

This is literally the first bad review I’ve ever taken the time to write, but these folks are an absolute disaster. Transactions I’ve handled 100+ times at branches near my work w ease, I’m forced to do here every few months due to time constraints or something (though I have done so you’d think they’d be familiar), and they’ve literally never gone smooth once. Not helpful at all, give you no information, and almost poke at you when they see you’re in need, and losing patience. Mine and my business’ accounts are going back to Chase bc of THIS branch unfortunately. I’d have given zero stars if it would allow me to post @Citibank
