I've been with CVS since the 1980s even when I lived in Arizona and I'm from Long Island back to Long Island. I love the coupons. I'm a Care Pass member forever, it's all good never change...:)

Just left this store with my 10 year old son.
I felt profiled by this one older employee.
I visit that store atleast once a week.
I have noticed this one female employee whether I am in my uniform or regular clothes just wondering about watching.
This is 2025 not every black male is a thief.
I will now endeavor to go to Walgreens down the road.
It's on a different level when you display this kind of behavior with my kid present.
Very disgusting and disturbing.

This CVS is phenomenal. The worker Jessica is amazing. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for with a smile on her face. She is amazing and I appreciated her patience with me. I felt bad cause I lowkey crop dusted her but she kinda liked the smell.

Worst pharmacy ever. Every single time you’re waiting for someone to do the simple task of putting pills in a bag for a prescription that was ordered hours or even days before. Every single time there’s a problem with insurance and they try to convince me to pay cash. The absolute WORST. If any of you employees are reading this know I despise your guts. Only come here if you like your time to be wasted for essentially no good reason.

Bad CS today. Poor effort at cash register. Not even a “Thank you.” (Other Employees are usually great.

Slow, overpriced, inefficient, incorrect. That describes both the store AND the pharmacy. Regarding the pharmacy specifically, they take a common lunch because management can’t stagger the pharmacists’ lunch breaks. CVS corporate allows calls to the pharmacy to go to voicemail, which is especially useless if you have an urgent question for the pharmacist. This goes against the look that companies like CVS and Walgreen’s are trying to portray by having in store “clinics.” If they want my health business, they have to be accessible. And for the prices they charge, the service they provide isn’t up to my standards.

I always have a pleasant experience with all employees at CVS on Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY especially Cara in the Cosmetic Department who has helped me for years picking out different items and giving me good recommendations.

My sister came in extremely sick with the flu today. Doctor said she sent the tamiflu to this CVS location. They say they can’t fill because someone else filled it. I am telling them I just moved and it’s probably at my old CVS. They said no another pharmacy that ISNT cvs filled it. So I went home confused and called my old cvs because I had a feeling franklin square staff were just being lazy. As I suspected, my old cvs had it filled and ready there. The gag is that I used to work at cvs as a pharmacy tech for 4 years. I know they can see all this in their system but wanted to give me a hard time and don’t care about patient care whatsoever. Incompetent and lazy pharmacist doesn’t want to help. If you didn’t want to do your job then you should have never became a pharmacist. I guess that’s why she’s working at retail and not at a hospital. Not sure if she had any empathy to begin with, but she sure doesn’t have any now. Techs are also new and inexperienced- know absolutely nothing. The pharmacy is now closed after I got to the bottom of the issue myself (while I also have the flu) and my sister has a 103 degree fever. Wonderful. I’m really loving the new neighborhood. What I experienced is 1 of 3 things- laziness, incompetence, or racism. Who knows.
