The PCs drop to go out drop back to my house, mostly printer is down at this location, staff give hard time at counter to drop off for any package

Fedex box dropped for return to the shipper on 16 Jan, 3 PM, walgreen employee accepted it, I was amazed to see this pcs sitting at my porch today after two days.This was time critical, expensive item return, Walgreen staff could not able to scan and gave it to FEDEX to drop it back to my house.We went back to walgreen on 18 Jan 10;30 find out they are not able to print the label from QR code, their printer is non functional from weeks.Walgreen Kindly be consistent and train your staff properly.

Staff was good but they didn't have basic essentials to send items out appropriately. EXAMPLE SMALL PLASTIC POUCHES THAT HOLDS ADDRESS INFORMATION
