I live in baltimore, MD so told the finance officer and sales person that I would o ly come uo there if after I s3nd all the paperwork and I was approved would I make the trip up there. I was told I was approved and I only needed to come up to sign my documents. This was a total LIE!. Once I arrived I was told a hard check would now be done although I had already gave permission for this to be done prior to my arrival. I wa told to out an insane amount of money down which was just crazy. They took I driver's license also upon my arrival. Mind you I took 3 trains and two users to get there, expecting to drive my car home. They didn't return my license to me and I decided to stay in Manhattan, since I had to now catch the train back home. They couldn't even get my license back to me without me paying for it. This company lies to its customers and I was t treated very well by shonel. What a horrible experience

I wish google had the option to leave negative star review. I live in OH and found a car on their website (posted for $39K), called and discussed out-of-door price, including tax, document prep etc. Being out of state, I wanted to make sure there are no surprises if I fly all the way from OH to NY to pick up the car. They confirmed final number (~$45K) multiple times over the phone, and assured me that would be the price if I fly to get the car. Long story short, I fly there excited to get the car, test drove it, and everything was nice and professional until a contract was put in front of me for $52K!!! They just kept adding different new cost items adding up to an extra $7K over what was given over the phone. Shame on me for falling for their lies, and I leave it to the experts to determine if giving wrong advertisement information just to bring in a customer is even legal, but in my opinion this is extremely shady business practice and I would make sure you get things from them in writing before you spend your time going to see them. If they avoid sending you anything in writing, you can assume it's because the contract you see at the end will be very different from what they told you verbally or advertised online.

Great Experience! I dont normally write reviews but my boy BENNY really hooked me up. I tried working with a few different dealerships but I haven’t had the best credit recently. But after a phone call and 1 in person appointment Benny got me right with my new BMW fresh off the lot! APPRECIATE YOU MY BOY

The first time I came here I had an appointment to test drive a infinity q50. I drove all the way here for me not to be able to test drive the car because they didn’t have a plate to put on the car and I wasted a whole day. I decided to give it another try a few weeks later and I was able to test drive the car. Afterwards they tried to make me buy insurance on the car first before even knowing my payments on the car. This place is a complete joke, save yourself the time please.

This dealership holds some of the biggest predators and scammers I've seen to date. From my own experience with Luxury Motor Club, there are no observable ethics within their business and if they're given the opportunity to swindle you on a bullshit deal, THEY WILL DO IT.On June 2nd 2023, I was sold on a upside down deal knowing I was a first time car buyer. These scum bags took my down payment and applied it to a bullshit warranty (which I was not made aware of, and was also told was not optional but after calling the warranty company when I realized where my money went, I was told it was 100% optional and cancelable but of course LMC was not going to honor that) and dealership fees instead of applying it to the actual principle of the vehicle.The vehicle I saw online was $12,000 over the advertised price when I visited them but convinced me the "fees" were normal and "every dealership" has these warranty they must apply to protect their luxury vehicles.Please beware of Rafael Guevara from salesPlease beware of Dallas Evans & Nathan Shaolin from Financing.If these men ever take the time to read this review, you are the epitome of the word scum, and Dallas Evans, I'm most disappointed in you because you sat with me and saw the excitement I had as a first time car buyer and as a black man to another black man, I told you my personal story of all the hard work and tribulations I went through to be able to get to a place to finally buy and afford a vehicle as a COLLEGE STUDENT. Instead of warning me of the terrible deal I was locking myself into, as an older black man who "cares about his people", you used that same excitement to get me in a literal financial hole before I truly even got to experience what being a car owner meant.For any other consumer reading this, please take your money and go to a reputable dealer, don't make the mistake I made. There are no Cooling-Off periods in NY state meaning that when you do realize you got finessed, it will be too late and the contract is closed.These people are willing to scam hardworking New Yorkers with a smile on their faces, and I hope the universe brings them the same energy they've dished out not only to me but the others of people that realized the horrible business they had just experienced.

As a returning customer My experience with Luxury Motor Club was still one of the best experiences.They greet & treat you with nothing but love respect from the time you walk in until the time you walk out. I had the most coolest salesman, Benny was so down to earth & not to mention very funny, he took his time when it came to helping me choose the perfect car. Nelson & Nate also made sure my experience was nothing more than perfect! If you’re looking for a great car look no further, this is definitely the place to be!! Do not waste your time nor hard earned money here. They take advantage of hard working people. Up the prices and interest rates. Disgrace. I would never recommend this place. I am very upset I even stepped foot in here. I take pride in paying things on time and keeping up with my credit for them to shatter my interests, integrity, and dreams. This place should not be open in business to steal from people. Stay far away.

David was an awesome salesman! Worked with my son to get a car at the best fit for him financially as well as get into the car he wanted. Everyone at LMC was nice and personable!! I will be back to get a car when I’m ready!! Go pay them a visit if you need a luxury or high end car!!

I went to Luxury Motor Club a few weeks ago and immediately knew I made a great choice on where to purchase a vehicle. Benny Shurga was my salesman and what I liked about him is that he kept everything transparent about the process and what car would fit my budget. What’s great about working with Benny is his professionalism, attention to detail, his excellent customer service and his above and beyond work ethic. I would definitely recommend Luxury Motor Club to my friends and family members and I plan on telling them to ask for Benny. Thank you Benny for everything.

I’m only giving this place one star because I can’t give it a zero. My parents bought a car from here and they were told that the car was $36,000. After the down payment of $20,000, the outstanding balance would be around $16,000. They signed the papers, got the car, and came home to a bank statement saying that the outstanding balance is now $36,000. Come to find that they lied about the actual price of the car which was $50,000 FOR A USED 2015 MERCEDES? Are you kidding? If you want to get scammed, come here. They took advantage of people who don’t speak English well. Losers

Was a long process. You might get cold feet if you’re not committed. Benny and Nelson went above and beyond to make sure i left with the vehicle. Great inventory and great staff to chop it with while waiting.
