UPDATED 7/7/25:
Dont buy tires from them. I was sold new tires that are 2.5 years old. Corporate won't help me bc they keep tires for up to 6 years under controlled environment. Regardless they are playing with people's lives.

Excellent customer service and precise with the timing of the service. The representative at the front desk was respectful and informative. The manager, Albert, was also very helpful when servicing my vehicle. I would bring my Infiniti back to this shop for any services needed.

A+++ service at Franklin Square Mavis Discount Tires on Hempstead Tpke. The manager, Al, and his staff were very professional and helpful. They answered every question with honesty. Would definitely come back to have my car serviced
