I felt super discriminated against by the lady at the reception, I don't speak English, she made me wait, and when I was standing there she was not kind enough to tell me can you sit down, I told her that if the Spanish speaker arrived in 10 minutes and she told me that's it. possible, that is not a response or treatment towards another person of a different race, and who does not speak English. Terrible attention from the lady

Since NFCU changed over to Jovia I feel it's been going downhill especially with customer service.I went in for help with my checking account with fraud. In 5 days and 2 debit cards my accounts had charges that were not mine. They canceled one debit card on a Thursday and gave me a new one the same day. On Saturday I had new fraud charges with my new debit card. How can this happen? I went in on Monday and they had no answers for me. They only took down information and reported it to the Fraud dept.Also upon leaving I started to take the rep's card and they said to me that I don't need her card that anyone can help me if I call and she wouldn't be able to do anything more. So disappointing.I now have to wait to be refunded. I asked if they can try and rush this because I am a Senior Citizen and rely on that money. All the representative did was write on the report was please issue ASAP.Very disappointed. I need to change Credit Unions.

I have been with Jovia since it was Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union in 1980. I am not fond of the name change and brand color but I must share my evaluation of Georgia from the mobile office in Uniondale NY. In all the years I have banked there no other employee was as professional and helpful as Georgia. Hopefully, the Board of Directors will make note of her value and reward her service to this credit union by promoting her to a managerial position. She gets an A+++ from this member. I'm giving this place 5 star solely on a $5 option on an ATM. I needed more on my withdrawal but the respect of the option is worth a salute.

I was in quite a rush with lots going on, and needed to make a quick deposit. Thanks to Rachel, who walked me through the process of using the ATM to deposit a check. She was really patient with me, and I appreciated her calming words and eagerness to help. Perfect example of customer service at its finest!

This bank is the worst !!! You have to approach a phone to speak to a teller , I had 5 people behind me and they all left after me, I had a simple withdrawal! I had to call to see what was talking so long and he said “almost done” and hung up and couldn’t even ask a question . Horrible customer service !!!!

New Year’s Eve and there closing at 1pm but there is no signs that state that. If you are closing early you should put signs to that effect

I came to this location with my boyfriend to be added to an account. Before actually coming to this location we called to make sure we would be able to do this came to this location to do this transaction we were told to come and it could be done in person with no problem. For some reason it is impossible to call this location directly you will be calling a hotline and they tell you info about your branch. The tellers are more helpful than the people in the branch they really do not have answers and no solutions to problems as the online tellers do which is a shame! The problem got resolved that we were trying to fix a teller had to resolve it! Teller experience! During covid seems to be a long wait and you must be patient! They are working as fast as they can you can just tell! So kudos to them. It does take about 10 min each transaction. I pressed call let them know I was making a deposit fill out my form and sent it up. Took maybe 5 min for them to say I was finished and send down my receipt.

This is an amazing bank... great customer service even with their own employees. Went to apply for a mortgage loan and got a great APR rate.. made easy fast.. Jovia Financial Credit Union is the best..

The theme color will take some getting used to. On the other hand, the service this visit was satisfactory. Even though the customer service agent was hanging another customer she multitask very well by asking me if my concerns were being met. I also like the online teller service. The institution can be seen from a vehicle moving in normal traffic. The parking structure is free but can be a bit difficult depending on time of day. For us it was a Thursday between 3-4 pm.
