I'd like to thank Vinny and his extremely talented crew at PACE Auto Collision in Franklin Square for doing an exceptional job on my 2015 S60 T5 Volvo I originally went in for a fender repair that was done extremely well and Vinny turned my 2015 Volvo into a new car again not a scratch on it almost a 10-year-old car looking like a brand new car out of the showroom. I am very grateful and happy with the work that was done. If you care about your car and want it to look good again trust me go to Pace Auto and you won't be let down trust me on that. I wish I could give this business 0 stars; I can’t emphasize the unprofessional manner the owner Vinny displayed. He is a pathological LIAR! And has no shame in the fraud of a business he is running. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT bring your vehicle here.

I've come here on more than one occasion to have Vinny do some work on my car, he and his crew there do a fantastic and expeditious job... I wouldn't hesitate in a heartbeat to go back for any work done, affordable, informative and very reasonable compared to other shops in the area.

Vinny has come through time and time again for me, done a great job and he gave me a lower estimate than anyone else. He seems to genuinely care about the people in the community and he's made nothing but a great impression on me.

My in-laws brought their car to this shop in March and we still don’t have our car back 8 months later. Vinny has been insanely unprofessional and unhelpful. He keeps blaming the delay on lack of parts but happily already took the money from their insurance company so we can’t take it to another auto body shop. They’ve been paying their lease while he’s holding their car and he has the audacity to ask for A STORAGE FEE. The way their operating this business is absolutely absurd and he’s been making false promises and giving us the run around for months.

Vinny and his staff were amazing!! Definitely would recommend to anybody in need of work, they were quick patient and extremely helpful. Helped guide me through the process, get my rental car and made sure everything was perfect. I only lease my cars so I know their work is 100% reliable and precise. Vinny went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for pick up and drop off and was extremely patient with me five star for sure.

****** did the exact same thing to me promises after promises same thing waiting for the parts to come in Hes painting a car right now cant talk!! Car supposed to take three weeks to be ready according to ***** were on 13 weeks now waiting still havent gotten the car !! Also cashed the Geico check 10 weeks ago!! Hes holding this car hostage its insane even all the other auto guys in the area are Talking about him never to go there I wish I wouldve known

My brand new 2022 Ford bronco was rear ended and I was highly concerned about who I was going to bring it to to repair it. I asked one of my buddies who he uses. He said take it to Vinny Pace. They did an amazing job fixing my bronco. I go over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb on a daily basis as it's brand new and it's my baby, Pace Auto Body took such excellent care of my new truck and even took the time to get the paint job exactly the way I wanted it I would never bring my car to anyone else. What an amazing job. Thank you again Vinny and crew.
