They are super responsive, came in right at the appointment time, and went above and beyond to accommodate schedules, even during Covid times when wait times for material and install were minimal. The products are high quality, from prestigious name brands, leaving floors very soft to walk on with the right color, which brightens up the home tremendously. Many customers highly recommend this local flooring store and would use them for future projects.
They came in right when the appointment was for. did a fantastic job, left NO MESS. And left. These guys really know what they are doing. If you want a pro job call them. They will make it look really well done. This carpet was a really high quality choice too i believe it was a Champion in stone grey

Great customer service. Reasonably priced. Carpet installers did an excellent job. Our carpeted floor is very soft to walk on. Carpet color is just right. 2nd time using Perry's Flooring America. I would highly recommend this flooring store.
