Service at this location was difficult. Walking into this location, I was pointed to a machine where I was expected to know how to use it. Since I had never used one of these machines I asked for help but it was not very forthcoming and when someone did come over to show me what buttons to press I was left to complete the transaction on my own again. Each time I asked for help the attitude by the lead employee was very negative.
If FedEx cannot ensure that an authorized center can provide the same level of service expected from a FedEx onsite store then the authorized Center should not be allowed to represent FedEx.
These FedEx self-serve machine should not be allowed because they are not very straightforward to follow and the service at the authorized centers are not forthcoming. In fact it doesn’t feel like they even wanna help you Especially at this location.

Please don't use this shipper if you want them to pack and ship your item. I gave them a guitar to professionally pack and ship in a box. After receiving notice from the buyer that it had arrived damaged, I asked for photo's of the damaged guitar and box. Well, there was no box just bubble wrap around the soft case protecting the guitar. Are you kidding me. When confronted with the question to Xpert shipping, Jeff told me he did not have a box available and that was why he just bubble wrapped it. UPS denied the claim and Xpert is not honoring my claim. I paid for packing and insurance. This has been going on 7 months now and Jeff is just not coming through with anything. Again please don't give them any business. They are definately no where near experts and not honorable. They don't deserve any stars at all.

I filled out a form with my facts and they didn't write the right thing, they raised the cost of my parcel. My address was changed using yours, problems at international customs due to overvaluation in the package. Call to correct and bad response from them.

Scammer alert, this location scammed me out of money at this location. i asked them politely to put tape on a box i was dropping off to be shipped, and they charged me a fee when that is NOT a part of their policy. These employees are pocketing money from customers over doing their job. and i have already reported them to the corporate office.

I dropped my parcel on Friday the 18th for dhl express service pick up. Today is 6/21 and it hasn't been scanned. When I asked the guy he said it will be picked up tomorrow which was suppose to be 6/19. Now my customer is super upset because they didn't even hand it over to dhl. Please avoid at all cost.I called them today to ask. He said dhl does not pick up deliveries on Saturday Sunday. My question is why did he lied to me on Friday that it will be picked up tomorrow. If he had told me this on Friday I would have went to drop it to dhl myself although it's 20 min drive. Only reason I went here was because it was 6 min drive from home. It's so frustrating never using them again. I suggest going to the actual postal service instead of going there.Super unprofessional!!!

Horrible experience.I use them to send small box to Mexico, ($235 value) label address on the on box was correct, and yet "Xpert" people with their poor understanding of written English words managed to write wrong zip code on DHL shipping label, it all snowballed from that point on, Box is lost in Mexico and DHL created a second tracking number and customer service has no answer to what happened. As you can read from comments about this place, avoid it , they do not care for customers.

Customer service is horrible I think he should put a sign on the door “NO BLACKS ALLOWED” because that’s the way he made me feel when I entered his business place I took my packages and went somewhere else. He didn’t want to touch my paperwork and the package I was mailing. He told me to go measure it and tell him the weight!
