Reporting to the FTC!!One of my family member also opened a franchise Red Mango and this is suppose to be charge for Medium, but the cashier, Shannon charged me for a large container. I told her this so medium and she said there’s no difference. There is a DIFFERENCE. The LARGE cup weights more than the medium cup. There is an option for the cashier to tap “medium” or “large” she charged my friends and I all “LARGE” when we only used the medium cup.

They should clean out their ice cream machines and add more flavors. Ice creams they have taste like expire.

I took the regular size paper cup and put frozen yogurt in it. I didn’t tap it down so I could fill it as much as possible. It could’ve possibly amounted to a little over half of the cup being full. $11.19? Keep it. One and done, that is absolutely absurd. Another prime example of price gouging. Inflation is up 14% but everywhere you go they seem to charge you double at a minimum. Absolutely insulting to be charged over $11 for a half a cup of frozen yogurt.

I was charged twice on my account and more than what the original price was. A lady told me my card didn’t go through and I found that weird because I had the amount in my account. So I tried again and it went through. A few days later it said my account was charged twice one was for $10.81 and the other one was for $8. I called and the lady wasn’t apologetic or anything. I was told that I had to wait for a manager till next week.. inconvenient and frustrating!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Red Mango in Franklin Square today!The SPK drink I ordered was crafted to perfection by Nicola, and I must say, it was a burst of deliciousness in every sip.But the treats weren't the only highlight – engaging in conversation with Jade was an absolute pleasure.I can't help but commend the exceptional service provided by these two young women.Their warm hospitality and pleasant demeanor truly stood out.It's rare to come across staff members who are both attentive and genuinely hospitable. Nicola and Jade are definitely a testament to the fantastic customer service at Red Mango.Looking forward to many more visits to enjoy not just the treats, but the wonderful atmosphere they create. It was okay. Mango was not fresh. The coconut smoothie was not what I expected. I wanted Christmas to happen in my month, I got ground hogs day in a cup, in other words uneventful. And it was $8, I need more pop for that price.

I have never gotten a watered down açaí bowl from this place. My coworker had to drive back and a girl with blonde hair who claims she was the manager said I would have to pay for another one when he’s giving her the one back. I even took a picture of it when I received it. She was rude and lacks customer service skills. She did not want to give me her name and I said I should call back tomorrow and didn’t even give me my money back.

I grew up eating Reg Mango and haven't had it in a loooong time so getting it again brought me back to my childhood self. Most Red Mangos have now become self-serve so you get a cup and fill it with whichever flavor froyo and however many toppings which then gets weighed to determine the price. There's a good amount of flavors for the froyo and a ton of different topping options from fruits to candy. The fruits were fresh but the mochi was a bit harder than I preferred. I used to get mochi all the time as a topping when I was younger but I don't remember it being this tough so not sure if it was a bad batch or it changed throughout the years.Regardless, it was a nice treat to enjoy, especially on a hot day. There are some seats outdoors and there's a parking lot so that's always a plus.
