THEIR SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY RACISTS!!
I have been going to them about 5 months now. I never had a problem until 2 weeks ago, I got a full set of nails. By the first week one of the nails started lifting up. Didn’t think much of it so I glued it down. The second week another nail came off while I was taking a shower out of nowhere without no incident. But that is not even the worse of it. Why I will never go back is because i experienced obvious RACISM. My boyfriend is not the type to get a manicure, however I convinced him to get one that day. Now remember I got a full set done. It took about 45 minutes. The girl that was doing my nails told the one next to her (I think her name was Amy). He is getting a manicure. She looked it him started fumbling in her drawer and then went over to Sandy and started massaging her. I’m like what hell is going on. Then she goes over to a white customer and starts massaging her. I asked the girl who is doing my nails can’t she do his nails. She said something to her in her language and points to my boyfriend. I’m assuming she was saying to do his nails. She still never came over. I guess the one that was doing my nails saw that it looked obvious and then she asked another Spanish girl that was finishing up someone’s feet in the back. At this point my nails were done. Now the Spanish girl was like ok you can come to my boyfriend. So I said hells noooo!!! This does not make any sense that he is sitting here for 45 minutes, my nails are done and no one attended to his nails which would have taken about 20 minutes. It’s so funny because the two people that I recommended told me they didn’t like how they did their nails. With that being said, i have no problem taking my money somewhere else. I work too hard for my money to be experiencing BAD SERVICE AND RACISM!!!!

HORRIBLE .DONT COME HERE
GOD FORBID YOU ASK THEM TO CUT YOUR CUTICLES. THEY RIP YOUR SKIN OFF IN SPITE. BLOOD AND NAIL POLISH ON SKIN . UNACCEPTABLE.

I made an appointment and Sandy had the nerve to tell me that this is my second time messing up my appointment. I was appalled!!! I always make my appointment at a certain time because I work really close by. I told her she must be mistaken. She didn’t even apologize. She just told me I can wait for 45mins. I kindly rescheduled and walked out. They need a better scheduling system. If you can’t get appointments correct hire someone! Sometimes customers have the same name Sandy! Another suggestion is get the customers full name and phone number to identify them when write the appointments in your book since that’s what you do. This really put a bad taste in my mouth with this place. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. And the fact that sandy reprimanded me in front of the entire place was also rude! You don’t do that to customers especially regular ones. I’m a grown woman and if I respect you, you should respect me. Next time sandy take your time, stop rushing and confirm customer appointments. Repeat the customers full name and appointment time. And don’t embarrass them when they come in for an appointment in front of others. It’s disrespectful and tasteless. Have better business etiquette. And if there is a language barrier ask for help. We are never too old to learn. God knows.

Horrible service from Amy. She did not know how to do a french tip and a simple design, even after she said she could after I showed her a picture of it. She had to redo it multiple times before she was finally “done”. Once I saw them, it was the WORST nails ever. The french tips were so skinny, the acrylic nails all had different lengths AND they were crooked, the polish was all clumpy and chipped, AND SHE DID NOT GIVE ME THE DESIGN I WANTED!! I asked her to fix it and she gave me the worst attitude and said I chose THIS design which was not even CLOSE to the picture I showed her. She yanked my hand and started over. After she restarted, it was WAY worse. Had to get the manager involved and she fixed it for me. DO NOT GO TO AMY!! She talked bad about me right in front of my face because she thought I did not understand her.

Absolutely horrible experience with Amy… She messed up my girlfriend’s nails and when asked to fix she got an attitude and yanked my girlfriend’s hand. After she fixed it the nails were still completely uneven lengths, crooked, and she left a polish mark on her cuticle. Finally the Manager ended up fixing Amy’s horrible mistake and after paying $80 and taking over 2 hours we finally got to leave. Don’t recommend unless you know who you’re going to. (Hint not Amy)

Called with no appt, said I and my sister can come in now. We waited 30 mins, I was finally seen but the nail tech didn't know How to do a simple little heart on gel nails so I told her to forget about it and just give me a red French tip. The French tips were all uneven and she painted over my cuticles. So now not even a week later my nails are chipped and the polish is coming off around my cuticles. My sister wasn't even able to be seen. Don't recommend.

HORRIBLE service from AMY! She did not know how to do the design I wanted and when I asked her to redo the horrible acrylic set she did which were crooked, all had different lengths, nail polish on my cuticle, she talked badly about me in front of my face because she thought I did not understand her. She treated me horribly after I confronted her, she YANKED my hand and continued to talk badly. The manger got involved and had to redo everything. NEVER go here and NEVER GO TO AMY! Amy doesn't know how to do simple french tips

Got a gel manicure..n a regular polish on my toes.. technician told me they were the same color!! I think not...n i went to Italy for 3 weeks looking like this.. shame!
