Been with the doctor for about 2 years now and the wait times have always been an issue. Today went for my appointment at 9:30. Was in the doctors office at 9:15 and at 10:45, a wait of about 1.5 hrs I was told that my insurance is no longer accepted at the facility and last few visits were not paid for. Neither the doctors office nor their billing department cared to call me and let me know about it. Also if you have a high deductible they would ask you to pay upfront the amount of 350/- which they will easily forget about and still ask you for all the deductibles. So if you have lots of time to spend on waiting and resolving bill issues this is the place to be. If not I would recommend to look elsewhere and save the agony.

Before I start, I would like to mention it takes ALOTT for me to write a negative review but oh man I have to let you guys know to avoid this place at all cost. I would be doing a disservice to my community and society to not let you guys know what goes on.
Today was my first and last day here. I came to my appointment on time (actually earlier). Waited a little over an hour to be seen. (I never was seen.) Filled out 30 pages of paperwork for new patient and stopped when I saw a page that said to write down my credit card info. Stating that payments will be AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED if any balances are owed with or without knowledge. Furthermore, staff has an attitude because I don’t want to give my credit card info. Did I mention by the way that no one ever apologized for the wait time? To add on to this, the doctor never came out from his hideout den to even speak to me in regards to his outrageous policies. If you don’t believe me look through the other reviews. Thank you Dr. V for wasting my time and also my girlfriend’s. Because of this whole situation I am being nagged on a 30 min trip back home. I traveled a distance, waited 2 WEEKS for this appointment to see this doctor what a waste of time. Avoid this place if you have common sense and care about your health.

Wow! It’s been 10 months since I’ve been a patient of Dr. Venkatesh at Seven Hills Medical Center. Chance would have me find Dr. V’s information on a random internet search and book an appointment that would ultimately change the course of my life.I was overweight with hypertension and taking 3 medications. I tried losing the weight on my own, but it just didn’t work. One of the best decisions I’ve made was investing in my health and starting my weight loss plan with Dr. V. So far I have lost 60 pounds while sticking with the plan.I still have a goal to lose more weight and regaining control of my health. I know I can achieve this goal with the guidance of Dr. V and the support of the Seven Hills Staff.Hope to see you soon! New Year, New You!

I do not recommend coming to Dr. Venkatesh. Even with my extensive medical history and concerns he gaslighted me. I overheard Dr. Venkatesh calling one of his medical friends to find out more information about an underlying genetic/ chromosomal condition that I have, which was first discovered by a Hematologist. After doing this 'research', he then proceeds to tell me "nothing is wrong with you". I find that doctors often use this line when they in fact do NOT know and do NOT want to admit that they do NOT know. Or, it might be the case that doctors perceive that you are young/ youthful and nothing possibly can be wrong according to them because they in fact have earned a medical degree and know better than you and your own body. Dr. Venkatesh is rude and insensitive. His 'medical' recommendation to me was to meditate more. I have since moved on to receiving high end, quality service from other top tier medical professionals and specialists. I would conduct extensive research and ask around about doctors or specialists to see before ever stepping foot into this office!!

Let me being by saying how amazing Dr.V. As well for his staff Ivana and Natasha the kindest hearted women you will met.
I have been a patient of Dr. V since 2018.
I began as a weight loss patient in 2018. And he became my family PCP.
In 2018 he helped me on my weight loss journey and lost almost 100 lbs.
Life, personal problems, job loss, then not to mention pandemic i fell in the trap of eating my emotions.
But I had had enough and in Septemer I got myself back on track all with the patience and guidance of Dr. V.
I keeps me focused, helps motivate me and has taught me much about positive, grattiude and apreciation for the things I have in life.

As someone that actively works in multiple specialties in the medical field for over 10 years including Primary Care, I can say without bias that this Primary Care office has many issues and should be avoided. Just to list two of many concerns, first despite having an appointment, they do no run on time. It is unreasonable to sit and wait 45 minutes to an hour to get confirmation of insurance is accepted, let alone to be seen by a medical professional when you have an scheduled appointment. It is common courtesy to let patients know if you are running behind and to be update on the wait time. Second, despite my health insurance providing full coverage for an annual routine physical, they wanted me to pay $350.00 up front first to be seen and then for me to later be reimbursed by my insurance a week later which is extremely inappropriate and is not suppose to happen. Also they want to have your credit card on file just in case they need to charge you for anything else that may occur which is unheard of. Now if a routine physical on a young patient with no medical history/surgeries/medication/etc is this complicated, I can not imagine how it would go for someone that has active medical concerns or past medical conditions. I am not the type to write reviews but it would be inappropriate of me not to warn people that may honestly come to this facility for medical care but not receive appropriate care/service.

I went to Dr. V to loose weight. We set out a 10 week plan to drop 30lbs and I followed the plan, did the walking and did what excersise I could and went from 201lbs to 170.5lbs in 10 weeks.Since I finished the 10 week plan I have stuck to smaller portions, walking and be very conscious of what I eat. 6 weeks post program and I have not added any weight back.It takes work but if you want it Dr V. can help you.

Completely wasted my time. Came from the gym with a little bit of cash, my insurance card and my license. Made me fill out 30 pages of paperwork and then informed me that regardless of my insurance there would be $100 out of pocket fee for the consultation. When I explained that I literally had nothing on me and I can give them $40And call in the credit card when I got home they said,, no sorry,,, we need to make another appointment. I live 30 minutes away. I wasn’t wasting another hour on this. Total waste of my time!
