Poor girl is the only one working when there are 8 people waiting on line. Only Subway I ever saw that had only one person working. Hey owner/franchisee! Stop being cheap and put another worker on. Instead 5 people walked right out

3.5 â Place is always clean. Staff does decent job at customer service. Haven't had any problems with their ingredients for the sandwiches.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Fresh bread on hand at all times. Staff take their time to make your order to your satisfaction. Only downside is that ot can be difficult to find parking at times. Delivery service offered via DoorDash at this time.

I couldn't even speak much to the female taking my order because she was on her cellphone. Was so annoying. I'm saying something while smiling and she doesn't even smile back but give me a blank stare. Then when I am paying for my food she says," Can you hurry up?" I'm like this girl has the nerve!!

I enjoyed the sandwich but the store was not comfortable to be in at all. It was a really hot day and the restaurant was running on ceiling fans, no air conditioning.

worst place ever. the staff is so rude and her name was â€œNazâ€. she put non of the sauces i wanted or the veggies i asked for. the only sauce she put what mayo which is didnt even ask for. the sandwich was super thin cause it was literally the bread a very very thin layer of veggies and a lot of mayo that the whole sandwich was soggy. i’d give it 0 stars if i could. definitely don’t recommend! she didn’t toast the bread or the patty even tho i asked them to!

It's official, 'Linner' became Dinner! As I was in old childhood stomping ground, just had to stop in to my favorite Subway Sandwich shop on Franklin Avenue. This location was never the largest in size, but always had all offerings and that familiar fresh smell of baked bread when you open that door. Nothing has changed, wonderful aroma still hits on the way in. Interestingly enough that isn't the only thing that hasn't changed since childhood. The familiar smile behind the counter from super sandwich maker - Naz, who use to make my Cold Cut Combos...unbelievably still there. I use to think she was just one of best sandwich making employees, but now thinking there must be some ownership ties. If not they should offer her a few shares of ownership! It always seemed that she took careful time and pride in making a great looking and tasting sandwich. Again no exception tonight, 10+ years later. Can't lie when I say, I think my collegic days of being the preferred "Deli Princess" at my schools Marriott dining hall, had to oddly be inspired by her. People would wait for me (over others on shift) to make their sandwiches or wraps. I think that was because I would make it look picture perfect (regardless of what was ordered), just like how i'd expect it to look/taste. Nevertheless, the familiarity and knowledge of the past provoked me to not only order one sandwich for today, but also one for tomorrow. Opted for the daily $6 special of a footlong Tuna on wheat with lettuce, spinach, green peppers, banana peppers, red onions, black olives, provolone cheese and a touch of lite mayo. Followed by one of my favorites, footlong Turkey Breast/Ham on the 9 grain multi-wheat. Topped it with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers, banana peppers, red onions, black olives, American cheese, oil/vinager and their tasty Southwest Chipolte sauce. Okay so a bit more than two days worth of goodness for a gal my petite size, but with a super sandwich artist behind the counter - simply had to. 6" of Tuna down and another 18" of tasty goodness awaiting me in the days to come. When in these parts you can't go wrong with this location, as it has been the sole survivor of this shopping strip on Franklin Avenue. Hopefully you get the opportunity to be gifted by Naz's talent, or other sandwich artist associates they have. Remember their slogan "Subway ~ Eat Fresh!", I always have at this location. :)

Great Subway experience I had a went there food was great I actually asked for a double meat they were very accommodating also toasted my bread just the way I like it, I definitely recommend it and I go there now almost every few days

Great subway. Young guy behind counter was fast and polite. Food was cheap. Tuna footlong and turkey club footlongs were 6dollars each. Came here after leaving subway at cherry valley. They had no air conditioner where you stand to order in 91 degree weather the bathroom was locked told it was broken and only 1 half of foot long bread. Very upsetting. The subway on franklin avenue saved the day

The sales person was nice. But, we have stale bread. Two foot long tuna and not able to eat the bread. Back to Elmont Rd I go.

Like Matt, I was also stuck with the same worker who would not get off her phone, I believe her name was Sama. On top of not being attentive towards customers, she was barely audible while taking my order, but loud and clear on her phone. After giving my order very clearly more than 5 times, she eventually finished, and barely put veggies on one half of the sandwich. If you walk in and Sama comes out to take your order, leave and find another Subway, she is horrible at her job.

Worst experience I have ever gotten. Lady behind the counter was on her phone for a good 7 minutes and didn't even acknowledge us. When she finally got off the phone, I was about to say my order and she picked up her phone and started to dial another number. I turned around and walked out. As I was leaving she finally decided to try and take my order as I was out the door. I told her to continue on her phone ill take my business elsewhere and drove across town to another subways. Disgusting waste of 15 minutes of my time.

I don't know if it's privatly owned here but take your money elsewhere, seriously! Horrible customer service, horrible English, the bread is hard, veggies are soft, stingy with the meat and overall just bad vibes. I eat subways a lot and know the good bad and horrible. This is horrible. Plus, I work in the area and asked for a 10% discount but they rejected. Not that it matters but still, put more value into the food and customers. I'll be in the area everyday but sadly I won't be returning here.
