I've shopped here many times in the last couple of years. The store has alot of good products that are reasonable. The staff are nice and helpful.

I just went into natural liquidator in Franklin square and I walked around just looking at some things and maybe I would buy and I had a recycle bag with my stuff in it and this one of the workers who's black console to me and thinks I'm stealing and asking me questions in a rude manner I would never ever want to go back into a store like that Make me feel really uncomfortable

Today I had a very bad experience in this place despite being one who frequented very often, I can understand your store policies but I will never be able to understand why you treat your customers so disgustingly, (my husband bought an air bed on Friday the bed was defective, we did not want to run the risk of changing it and that another one came out the same and unfortunately we did not find the receipt we had the charge in the bank account we tried to show it to which the registrar refused to see and tell us that she did not want to see anything if we did not have the receipt Of shopping and at that point he just wanted us to leave because he wanted to go home when there were 15 minutes left to close the place) I can only tell everyone to go to this place that I wish they run hopefully that the owner takes care of them since he is a very kind person who whenever he went with my children offered them sweets or is with a smile, and don’t have the bad luck that I had and meet his disgusting employees! (I for my part don’t need to go back, I lost my money since she only decided to change my bed without giving me more options and which doesn’t interest me because it’s possibly damaged too since it’s open)

Went in to look at prices had 2 small grocery shopping bags from doing food shopping prior to coming to check out this store , immediately the white employee lady was eyeing my fiancé and I and said we have to have a cart to shop , what if I needed to just look at prices? Or needed to buy one item? Extremely unprofessional and felt the racism.

Check on the prices, not really cheap, like the candies, they repackaged them, so u can’t even tell if they’re expired, unlike before I never saw repackage items, I looked up the Land O Lake coffee Creamer, expiry date were Aug 2024, how can you sell expired creamers considering those are dairies, I think this is under new management, prices have gone up, so just carefully check every item you buy

We use to shop always to this store and the prices were reasonable. Lately I noticed that they were repacking almost most of their goodies especially the candies. With this how can we see if these goodies are expired. That's not good. Also their prices are much higher for some items than when you shop in other groceries. The owner should be aware of this issue.

I entered the shop and purchased a case of water, a case of energy drinks and a toaster oven. The cashier insisted he needed a price check for the energy drinks even though I told him the sign said ten dollars. The manager came up and told him to charge me $18.50. He didn't believe me about what his own sign said, and I had to take him to it and show it to him in order to get charged the marked price. When I arrived home, I found I had been charged double for the toaster oven. I brought it back to the store and the owner pulled the $25 dollar tag off the item in front of me and marked it at $50 and told me it was the correct price. I told him he was breaking the law and he claimed there's no law against what he's doing and that the only thing that matters is the price on his phone and kept telling me to check my phone. He refused to budge and tried to kick me out of the store. I was only able to get a refund (not the item for the correct price, but a return for the full amount) by refusing to leave. Dishonest and rude business practice.

Be cautious of their pricing games. They would charge much inflated price whenever they can especially they don’t put a clear price tag on items.

There is a lot of variety in that place. Most items are either overstocked or unsellable at large chain stores. If you need something cheap in bulk, this might be worth a look.

A good place to get furniture and decors from Costco, BJs or Sams Club at cheaper prices. I was lucky to get a packed piece of a convertible couch and a gaming chair which were in good quality. Apart from that I got a kitchen mat which was damaged and an area-rug which was improperly packed, so it lost some of the fur. The person assisting me, Danny, is a good chap and knows the store well. I got the things delivered to Mineola, which costed $50 and then they charged another 50 bucks for bringing the stuff upstairs through a simple elevator! I was hoping to pay $80 for the whole thing and they were expecting $80 only for moving it from parking spot to upstairs in an elevator, using a cart!! I ended up giving $100 for the whole delivery. I would take off one star for that absurd behavior.I had a good experience with the quality of the furniture, coffee machine and decors. Maybe I’ll visit the store again in future if I need any more things.Lastly, be careful to inspect the stuff you purchase!
