This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They refuse to give you your prescriptions. The lady at the pharmacy gives you excuses for days or tells you to wait for three hours, only to end up not giving you anything. I spent a week trying, and in the end, they said they don't work with Health First. I switched to CVS.

Walgreens on Franklin Avenue Valley Stream is very clean, well organized and has a great pharmacy. Vaccine room is very private and technician is very professional. I highly reccommend this store!

I have been coming to this walgreens for 9 yrs.. I don't know what happened but this new staff crew is extremely rude!!!! From the cashiers to the manager, they are disgusting!!!! The manager refuses to speak directly to the Costumer, he speaks to the employees and then the employee needs to repeat to you what he said ! The 2 lady cashiers are nasty and seem bothered when you have a question!!! Truly nasty!!

Visited Walgreens Pharmacy for a flu shot. The pharmacist administering the shot appeared passive aggressively annoyed. Not sure what that was about. There is a private room where the shot is administered but she chose to ask for vaccine type, date of birth and name outside the room in earshot of other patrons. Setting up the appointment was super easy online.

Recently Walgreens has been hiring people who are basically in your face not mine personally but I witnessed it. It's not about security. One person was sampling cologne and the worker came over and interfered. They claimed something about it's not a sample but I've been there and I've seen Sam is a plenty of times and if they were Experienced they would open one for that person and make it a sample

Walgreens manager refused to give me coupon price on my purchases. It's total BS that you have to have their app and now download all coupons.For those not tech savvy, this is a rip off.Mike, the manager, rude and unprofessional.Will no longer be a Walgreens customer.

This really is a poorly run store. The lines are ridiculously long to check out. If there are workers there they should be at the register. I understand there are other tasks to be done by an employee during a shift but to have one person checking out people is horrible. ESPECIALLY if the person they checking out has a long transaction. Ie cc not working. Coupons not processing etc. I was on line 3rd to check out waiting. Finally after 15 minutes prob longer I’m being generous. Check your tapes. A second employee came up front to check people out. Really a complete disregard for a customers time.

I have been attending this Walgreens for over 20 years. Although I have no complaints about the store staff, the pharmacy staff has always been horrible and today I have had enough. The assistants always seem overwhelmed and the pharmacist is a self-important, arrogant tool. When I called to get his name they told me his name is “Rob”. When I asked for his last name they refused to give me his last name. Think about it, you go to a pharmacy to receive sometimes life saving medications and when you inquire as to who is dispensing your pills you are told you are not entitled to that??? Yeah good luck with that. That says it all about that place and I’m the dumb one for patronizing them for so long. From now on I’ll try the CVS a block away. Screw this place.

Fred helped me fix my issue with my photo gift at the moment even though he had been in the middle of getting a truck unloaded because I told him that I needed it . He really accommodated and I appreciated it. I get lots of photos printed and I always go to this Walgreens over the one on merrick and south central (even though it’s farther) because the service is better. Thank you Fred
