Prices are reasonable, some a tick over fair market value, but they ars open to offers, which is more than can be said for the national chain places, currently.They can get pretty much anyone financed, as long as you have $750 a month, or more coming in. Even with our wrecked credit, between losing our place, and the car we leased, after a medical emergency came up, and I lost my leg. Got a slightly better offer for our 2017 Grand Caravan SXT, salked out aroubd $17, 900 OTD, with better terms from our bank.Go in, and talk to Jake Hydahl, sales manager, and tell him Kevin and Trish sent you, with the black Grand Caravan. He'll take good care of you.After the sake, one free oil change, and free annual inspections, when you buy from them. They have a full service shop on the premisiss, and arw adding storage units as well.Staff if friendly, not pushy, and will work with you, to help find what you are looking for, if they don't have it there. They are constantly bringing in new vehicles, so if you don't see what you want, go in and ask, to see what is arriving next.We will definitely be buying from them in the future.”

“I was travelling through the Fredonia area on I90 in a rental car and got a punctured tire on the freeway. After being on the phone with the rental company for over an hour on the side of the road they still had very little for me in the way of options to get a replacment tire. They told me this Monroe location was a contracted repair center and they had a tire in stock, but they could not issue me a voucher for the work because their systems have been down for days and I would have to cover the repair costs and get reimbursed. I put the spare on and headed over there. When I arrived they told me that they did not actually have the tire the rental place said they did, but not to worry they could get me all patched up an back on the road. In all I was at the location for around 20 minutes, and Scott at the counter even told me he could bill the rental company direct and not to worry about trying to get reimbursed. Scott and his techs there are top notch! I finished out my business trip on the repair they did without a single issue. I highly recommend these guys, they are knowledgable and actually care about helping people!”
