Called AAA because I got my plow truck stuck doing something I probably shouldn’t have been doing, and they sent Aaron. I wasn’t sure if this was something AAA covered ,but Aaron FaceTimed me and saw my situation and said he could handle it. AND HANDLE IT HE DID! That man worked for over an hour pulling and dragging my truck over a distance of what must’ve been 100ft every which way and he got me out. And I swear he was the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever met. Such an awesome guy. Thank you so much for your help.

I would not recommend these people at all. Disorganized and confused, I've stopped in twice to get a simple estimate and four months later, they still haven't been able to put one together.
I have no trust in them.

These guys are the best…. Over the holiday weekend we were basically towed to them with a wheel bearing blowout on our travel trailer. These guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road to our destination. John, Kevin, and the rest of the crew were the best. I can’t thank you all enough…. I wish I had a place like this near me. You guys are the best!

Completely unprofessional and will never be taking a vehicle here again. I’ve never had a problem with a garage like this before but when my brake line went, I took it to them. I had an appointment at a better garage but Mancuso’s told me they could do it 4 days earlier. Instead, it took them just as long and they did not call me when it was finished. I only found that the car was ready to be picked up when I called them to check the status the following day. They suggested replacing both lines but were able to repair the rupture so I requested the latter. When I left, I found that they had drilled a self-threading bolt straight into my front, passenger side tire only after stopping to pump my tires when the pressure light came on. Bolts flip on their sides when run over where nails puncture tires and there were socket friction marks around the bolt on the rubber, suggesting that the puncture was deliberate. Kevin was the name of the mechanic that handled my vehicle and likely the mechanic responsible for the bolt. Completely uncommunicative and intent on nickel-and-diming their customers. I would suggest Pompender’s or Dunn instead.

Same day service from time I called, cost was lower than quoted over the phone!!! I asked a question about my vehicle and Both Techs went over and beyond and within a short 20mins & a little research they helped answer a greater issue that other big named shops around here haven't been able to pinpoint. Thanks guys for your commendable customer service
