80%of the time there's no signal at campgrounds. I pay every month but can't get service or make phone calls te majority of the time. I've called many times. I've heard that they will be adding equipment to fix it . But at this time i met's a one star. Hoping it'll get better . I can't even call the Veterans Hospital or my doctor's.

I called for help with our internet connection. They were more than helpful and very friendly and courteous, tech took the time to make sure I was pleased and satisfied with everything.

Netsync is the best web service. I used to have Windstream for many years with almost daily problems. Now with Netsync I know what it’s like to to be in the real up to date world of the internet. Thanks guys.
