Under new management. On site staff are wonderful, kind and caring, and attentive to any issues! On site free laundry facilities are appreciated! Very accommodating and helpful when I was moving in.

I love it here. The rent is affordable considering all utilities are included, including cable and Internet, and laundry is free. Much cheaper than the dorms right across the street. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and the apartments are quiet and pretty clean.

I love that my apartment is fully furnished and I didn't have to worry about moving furniture...not that I have any of my own furniture yet anyway! Campus is super close. Laundry is convenient and FREE. Everything is pretty new. I've met some nice people here. All in all a good experience. :)
