Tried to get my laptop fixed here and they could not get the parts for me bc they were on back order. Week after week they would give me a new order date and ten change it without telling me, I would have to call. After a month and a half I decided to take my money back. They could not give me all of it bc of an evaluation dee that they did not make aware to me. When I asked for paper work that proved I signed for this, they said they couldn't give it to me and that I confirmed verbally when I never did. Overall service here is awful and I don't recommend it.

I've never had an alarm company before, and this one is definitely not for beginners. Instructions in how to program or deal with the alarm are on a need to know basis only - call and someone vaguely impatient with walk you through. It seems expensive and complicated. And we were robbed, which wasn't their fault, but when I called to report it, no one ever called me back or mentioned it again in my myriad subsequent calls to figure out the alarm settings. Plus, the billing is crazy-town.
