In the hot food case, there were four pieces of brown pizza and five baskets of chicken burnt black, plus a breakfast sandwich probably from last week. All of the donuts are labeled incorrectly. The store is nasty. Only needed something to drink but I would never patronize this store on purpose.

Late late night staff are great. They look out for ppl on a human level. Not many places would I go back at 2:21am to return a dollar that they gave me extra with my change but the dude is legit and didn't need th issue of he draw being short a dollar. Literally omw to do that. The other reviews I can't account for their experience but late nights, there Is no equal.
Furthermore some ppl write bad reviews bc they are bums and just click on their profile and it's all the same unbelievable bad reviews lol. The promoted review Google puts forth claims food poisoning by bread lolol. On its face its an obvious lie, or they purposely rummaged through the dumpster for decomposed green furry bread. Probably a lie, from a bitter freeloader.

Business hours are not posted, not 24/7. Consistently closed past 10 or 11pm.
Update a week later: Business hours still wrong, workers ignore people at locked door. I watched 3 cars come and go, all unable to shop.

The two of them one on guy Lombardo and sunrise in Freeport never have anything in stock and the old kill them with kindness doesn't work either for them to crack a smile no idea how they are still in business... always my last resort

The worst service ever.Hispanic woman refused to give her name she was extremely rude and acted as though I was not there.She said she was to busy to ring up my item because she claims she was assisting another customer who was still shopping. I Hve been a loyal customer for 30 years or more. This woman should be fired.I will advise everyone I know what rude treatment I endured for no reason at all other then trying to make a purchase. I see her standing around all time on cell phone while customers are waiting. And the many people who follow me on Yelp will see this .

Lisa at the counter was very rude. I had car change to pay for something and she acted like she didn't want to count it ? So she made me count it took other customers before me. Than had to re count it regardless to make sure the amount was correct. This was my first time at this 711 I don't even live in Nassau. I didn't think it would be a problem unloading some change at 711 for an item ? But apparently it's a problem. This experience was very disturbing and un professional.
