This 7-Eleven was My Favorite. I used to go every day to buy my coffee and little craving. When I was in the store, I was making a coffee and it tasted like straight water, so I did dispose that one, but I did keep in mind to tell the Worker to change the milk or something. Cause it didn’t taste like coffee. It was like straight water, so I did start making another one was putting milk and getting it ready. When the not the manager but the OWNER comes up to me and says is everything good with your coffee. And I respond back yes I’m just finishing this one. She tells me well you’ve been here since 11:19 and haven’t yet bought anything when I haven’t even been there for 20 minutes. She says in her own words well You just been walking around and throwing coffees away and I was like I’m sorry like I’m standing here because I’m trying to figure out How to do another coffee because like I said the first one wasn’t good. I got a aggravated when she was saying all this so I decided to still give them my money and still buy that coffee . So I decide to call the store and explain to her everything because I was aggravated at the time. She approached me and I felt like it wasn’t a good idea for me to speak to her yet. the owner picks up the call and tells me. How can I help you . And I’m explaining to her everything. And then she did tell me that they have a time and then and they don’t allow Customer to stay there for a long time, and I was like I understand I my manager prospected I deal with this everyday . I understand how it is but customer service is the same thing everywhere . I know how to it gets and how nasty people are but be respectful, and if you don’t want to be misunderstood, then you should really try putting the signs up but she told me about the time and I understand. She said I looked suspicious just standing There and walking around . . First of all standing in general. If I was to steal don’t you think I would’ve done it as soon as I came in here. I wouldn't just stand there looking all suspicious, so you can call the police no. And my thing is like explain and understand the customer before even responding back , then I decide to explain to her and tell here that I understand because I’m a manager I deal with this everyday. Even gave her own my opinion. I was like for you guys not to be misunderstood. You should print out something saying that, so nobody feels weird or feel a type of way about what you’re trying to say. She then open her mouth just to say WELL AS A MANAGER YOU SHIULD UNDERSTAND THAT AND NOT BE ALL UPSET ABOUT IT then decides it okay to hung up the phone. I didn’t even let me finish Not a type of person to be rude or anything cause I don’t like people being rude to me, so if you give me respect you get respect if your nasty to me expect me to be the same to you. but don’t go around hanging up the phone and getting irritated you’re the owner like come on now you gotta do better stop doing that is not okay all I was saying was to keep in mind not everyone knows what there getting and they shouldn’t be a problem. My only thing was to put a sign or something that says it even before coming in the store. Honestly there is thousands of 7-eleven around here I chose this one because I wanted just know that acting like that is not gonna bring anything good in your way. Won’t be spending my hard earned money in this place. IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION MAKE SURE YOU GO AT NIGHT TIME THE GUY IN THE FRONT. IS THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER ALWAYS HAS A SMILE AND IF HE SEES YOU LOST OR ANTHINH ASKS YOU IF YOU NEED ANY HELP. He should be in the position not her. But anyway god bless her i truly wish her well hope everything in life goes your way !!! #lostaforlifer😭😭😭

This 7 Eleven store is located in a specific area of a very convenient foot traffic 🚦 by the train station the employees at nice people what poor management. The store manager she is rude and disrespectful. She ain't hiring people to clean especially at night the cafe area is always filthy and dirty. Even if you purchase goods everyday at this location, and you love you to use the restroom 🚻. She denied you access rudely by saying no public restroom, I feel this place is a disgrace, because they allow the Freeport Police to use the restroom just in front of you after blunt denial... This place should be placed under new management. Bad experience and poor management. Bad vibes all well.....

Came in to get something to drink and use the bathroom cause I’ve been in two hours for traffic coming back home to Long Island and the rude young dude that’s working today June 5 at 4:39 PM told me that they do not have a bathroom. Remind you I grew up in Freeport and I’m 34 years old and this is the first time that I walked into this location and they told me I couldn’t use the bathroom. FYI I am a black woman with my work clothes on.

The old cashier man that work there in the evening like till 10 pm whit another young guy is very nasty guy ....he thinks he owns the place, he don't like to bags things up , fight whit me and whit another costumers for no reason ...I think he is to old for the job . He talk like he crazy when the managers are not around

Weird vibe. Nobody at the desk and a crying unattended baby but like it wasn't crying normally it was crying like it wanted to harm and it was just alone in there? i dont know if it was an employee or what. i thought child labor got illegalized in New York ?? in 1974?

Manager threatened to call the police on me for something I already paid for. will never be shopping here again. also, they can’t get their prices correct and charged me .87 cents for ice on 11/6/23 when i went 2 days ago and was charged .50 cents. It’s not about the money, it genuinely is the principle of the matter. You're better off crossing sunrise and going to that one. They’re much nicer there.

They are friendly when you first walk in. But the man behind the counter is ignorant. He was accusing me of using my app for the coffee muffin deal. It was my first time in that 7/11 but will also be my last time. Don’t accuse me of already using the app for the deal meanwhile other people were also having an issue of the app not working. Also at 9 am all of your coffees should not be blinking. They don’t keep the coffee fresh like they are supposed to.

The new management in this place is horrible. Every time I go either the cashier and/or staff are having attitudes as if they don't want to be bothered or help their customers. One thing that I got so mad at is that this man cleaning around the coffee machine came behind me to turn the machine I was using off and bumped into me in the process. The man never apologized or warned me that he was behind me instead of bumping into me. I'm never going again . It's not worth going to a place that doesn't care about customer service or the meaning of their job.

Cashier literally stole my $20. I went in to buy headphones, handed him $20. It rang up to $21. I went to my car to get a dollar. I came back in, he had the headphones sitting there with a $5 . Telling me I gave him $5 when I know I gave him $20. I’m disgusted with this company .

Piazza was time expired and now every 7/11 was promotion for coffee comes with muffins but sales man says finish so don’t stop at this store very bad Costermer service
