Took my car to No Limit Freeport after an accident. The staff is so helpful and very communicative with any updates. My car was done fairly quick. I went back for some touchups and again, very helpful and Jose always answers any questions and gets back to me quickly. 5 star customer service. I let my friend follow me to drop off our box truck to the mechanic and drop his phone hit my truck into the box truck my hood was mess up I did not care about the hood of all I cared about is opening my hood so I can get a oil changed i went to some other place told me it was going to be a expensive job told me I was better off driving my truck till I blow the engine I went to no limit and they said if I get the hood open we won’t be able to close it I said that fine they got it open then I ask how much would it cost me just to open and close it I did not care what it looked like now I can open and close my hood again they did it for a reasonable price very happy with there work thank you for your service guys highly recommendedService: Body & Trim

These people were terrible. The rubber under my window is now peeling and they somehow got paint on it. They tried to cheat me out of a hundred dollars AFTER charging me an arm and a leg. They took it upon themselves to add their disgusting advertisement to my license plate. They screwed around with my radio and left the car interior dirty. It till stinks and they left the wheel sticky. The people working there were just rude for no reason. Think carefully before going to them.

No Limit Auto Body in Freeport NY is a great place to take your vehicle ? for service.Nice , friendly, competent staff, clean office space. My mom’s vehicle was returned looking brand new. Awful paint job! "No limits"?? ?? Should definitely have its limits!! Can't be trusted EVER AGAIN!!!.., if the 3rd time is a charm?, What do you call when the 2 other times were good but the 3rd time is so bad you regret you ever went the first time? If you like your car save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! I would suggest getting a quote from Ariel Auto Collision or another body shop. Freeport has plenty!

This place is amazing. I have no words to describe how much professionalism and caring the staff give to their clients. My car was stolen then recovered 3 days after by police literally almost unrecognizable but not totaled. Body and interior were destroyed but Anthony and staff picked it up and took care of all the insurance paperwork and ordered all parts needed from car manufacture . I had to do nothing but pick it up after a few weeks. To my surprise car looked brand new again like nothing ever happened to it . They did such a great job I feel like I have a brand new car. Thank you No Limit I totally recommend this auto body shop don't even doubt in letting them take care of your car . Below are some pics of Before and after

My car was dropped off over a month & Kelly she just sits at the front desk for no reason. Never returns calls. I'am sorry I recommended 3 ppl.. No respect for certain cars let a high end car pull up & your chop liver.. Money is money! . This company is not recommended.

They deserve a 0 star rating for my experience, but I'll give them 1 since my car was eventually fixed. Let's get to the story... my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 was initially picked up from my residence on June 21st to be worked on. Upon speaking with Kelly, I was told that it would take two weeks in total for the car to be fixed. Throughout this time period, I was promised updates on my car after the Geico adjuster cut the check. After the two week period ended on July 5th, I still haven't heard anything from this woman. After I attempted to call on multiple occasions for an update, she apparently fell off the face of the earth. It wasn't until I reached out to the gentleman (Jay) that referred me and later contacted her for Kelly to finally return my calls. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication, she gets defensive and tells me that they are still awaiting parts and that it's not her fault. I proceed to tell her that I'm not upset about the parts not being in. What I'm upset about is the lack of communication and her defensive attitude. She tells me that my car should be ready by the end of the week and she'll provide me with updates. Interestingly, she told me that if I have any questions to call or text her directly- which is what I was doing and being ignored. SMH. That brings us to July 8th. Of course, my car is still not ready and the updates she promised were nonexistent. I called for an explanation to be ignored yet again. Jay contact the owner who later said that I should expect my car by the following week - July 15. Kelly calls to let me know that my car is ready and that they'll drop it off by the end of the day. She also made it a point to state that they also fixed the scratched bumper on the right side of my car. Now, it has been nearly a month since they've been "working on my car." My car arrives and of course the job is not finished. The scratches on my bumper were still intact. Obviously I'm fuming and I call and text her again to get no response. I decide to keep my car since I can't get in contact with anyone. I phoned Jay and he was able to get in contact with her and the owner (do you see a trend here?) The owner told Jay that it was an oversight and that my car will be picked up on Monday to be fixed and returned by the end of day. Kelly finally calls me back and says that she didn't look at the estimation report that clearly shows that the rear bumper was scratched (Its the lack of attention to detail for me). She also said that the mechanics refer to the estimation report upon doing repairs. So clearly, these ppl can't read. I sent screenshots of the estimation reports along with the scratched jumper to show her that it was listed on the report. She apologizes and says that the same thing the owner said. Monday July 18th came and this woman did not reach out in regards to sending over the flatbed to pick up my car. I called and texted in the morning and didn't receive a response until 3:41pm. Instead of apologizing, she says if Wednesday is feasible for pickup. I asked about Tuesday and received no response. After the same song and dance, Jay, myself and Kelly get on three way and she explains that Wednesday is the only day since they are working on other vehicles - despite the fact that they had my car and didn't complete the job so I have to wait for them to finish work on other vehicles. Smh. Wednesday comes and of course I call her to learn that my car can't be picked up because the painter was out for the day. She then says I have to wait until the following Monday, July 25, for my car to be fixed. Kelly said she will call me Monday morning to arrange the pickup. Monday morning came and went without a call. I called around noon and she apologized saying that I have to wait until Tuesday. My car that was picked up on Tuesday with a promise of an EOD return was delivered on Wednesday afternoon - taking five weeks in total.
