To begin with, the quality of this dry cleaning business is amazing. The workers there are so kind and understanding and helpful. i would rate 10 if i could. The people hating on this business couldn’t be any more wrong.

Came home with my coat that I had to get hemmed a very expensive coat just a ham and it comes back like this with a full giant slit probably 8 inches

I brought my very expensive Hugo Boss suit to get dry cleaned. It came back with holes in it! Suit is completely ruined. I see other reviews where people are getting their clothes back with holes in them too. How is this even possible?! I will never go back

Horrible customer service, went there recently with approx. 20 new shirts for Ironing. Guy working there is a total Jerk. I don't know if his is the owner, or an employee, or the janitor but definitely should not be working in the service industry. Glad my maid is back from vacation and don't need inferior service from this peasant.

Negative stars, if I could. I have been bringing my bf’s work shirts here for years. Pricing depends on who rings in your shirts, sometimes $2-3/shirt, this time they charged me $20 for 4 of the 19 shirts I brought in. Unfortunately in a rush, I did not notice. It’s not as if the shirts were dry cleaned differently either, they all came together. Each time I have had at least 1 shirt come back to me with a hole on the collar or cuff. This time each one of the shirts has these holes on the left sleeve. I threw some of the shirts out before taking a picture because I am that upset about it. For almost $60 for dry cleaning to 19 shirts, you would assume it would be done better. The lack of care has lost them a good customer. I will rather drive to the next town over instead of have them do any dry cleaning again.

they ripped the label out of my archival prada trousers and told me they threw it in the trash and refused to refund me... they've destroyed a priceless piece that meant everything to me. do NOT trust these scammers. absolutely disgusting service.

This has to be the worst cleaner/tailors on Long Island. Terrible work and a tailor that should be deported for incompetence alone. Can not say how many articles of clothing these jokers ruined for myself and family. Bad news,beware. One star is not even warranted
