“My car has been hit a few times while parked. It's frustrating, to say the least, but each time, I've taken it to get repaired at Meadowbrook Collision. The entire process was great. I dropped my car off, and they gave me a timeframe of when the damages would be completed. Also, I was out the door with a rental they had set up for me from Enterprise car rental on-site. They finished the repairs one time, and their work has always been phenomenal. The rental car drop-off was a breeze, too. I just dropped it off, and they took care of the rest.”

“Okay... @ the review who had to wait 15 minutes for them to find the tire and put air in it, please sit down. You're kidding right? Regardless, now I'll put my review: These guys are unbelievable, they do impeccable work. I have cracked all four rims on my 2009 Nissan Maxima & they repaired it perfect each and every time. (they even gave me a year warranty) I recently got a 2016 Nissan Altima and bought 18" rims from someone in New Jersey. They were all scratched up w/ curb rash, I brought all four to wheel fix it and they made them look incredible. (Photos attached) They also had a promo: get all 4 wheels restored, 4th one free & on top of that gave a lifetime warranty if any chipping of the paint happens. (Which I've never had a problem with in the past) So In response to the negative comment Betsy made, I would wait THREE hours for the work they do.”

“I called looking for a repair shop for my son's car before I saw the reviews. Talking to the owner I thought we needed head gasket repair due to the white smoke out the back of the car. He corrected me for the likely issue I felt as though he had a good idea of the fix. We saw the reviews before driving down to the BMW shop, I was skeptical but curious. Its easy to walk away if I feel like I'm dealing with a hustler. Worth the conversation to find a decent mechanic in New York. He looked at the car and told us that the repair was covered by the dealer. I responded that the car was a 2011. He repeated that the repair was covered by the dealer and called the person he knew at the dealer in front of us and we made the appointment to drop the car off. My experience Nov 22, 2021 was decent especially with the money saved.”

“I had a great experience purchasing my Range Rover at Land Rover Freeport last year! The car is exactly what I wanted, black with black and red seats, and the process was smooth. Alex Q is very patient and knowledgeable about each car in their inventory, and is a genuine, good guy. He gave me a nice long test drive to see how I like the car and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied! Geoffrey in finance was great as well, low pressure, full transparency, no bs and just simply a big help in finalizing the paperwork to take home my Range Rover. The service department is great too! The loaner cars are clean and are typically quickly available for customers. Sam H is my service advisor and he is extremely knowledgeable, and takes as much time as needed to explain the issue with your vehicle, how it can be fixed, and about how long it will take. I always receive lots of call and text updates from Sam as well. Just the other day my backup camera wouldn't appear on the screen, I stopped by the dealership without an appointment and they quickly jumped in my car and fixed it in 15 mins! I have dealt with a number of luxury car dealerships in the past, and had mostly positive experiences, but Jaguar/Land Rover Freeport definitely takes the cake. A HUGE thanks to Alex Q and Geoffrey M for a pleasant experience in buying my Range Rover, and a HUGE thanks to Sam H for making my vehicle service easy! If you are considering a Land Rover or Jaguar, I strongly recommend Jaguar/Land Rover Of Freeport.”

Zain has been my go to service advisor and he is amazing to work with along with all the staff.This specific time I came for a post purchase inspection after I purchased a car from the west coast and had it shipped to this area, I wanted to make sure the car was in tip top shape. They took care of everything from draining the old oil from the previous user to a full camera inspection which I was able to review after everything was said and done.In general I’ve had numerous encounters with numerous cars here and I continue to come because of the welcoming experienceThank you guys again for always making sure I’m good to go.
