Sheena and Mark (the service manager) helped me to understand the diagnoses of the problem and took care of all of my concerns. Update: 2 years later and I still love this place. I called in the middle of the day due to a flat tire and couldn't remember if I had warranty coverage. Stamond was super friendly and let me know that I was still covered and could bring the car in later that afternoon. They quickly patched up the tire and I was out within the hour. “I went into this dealership while waiting to get my windshield replaced down the block. It was a early Saturday morning. After entering I was greeted by Mike Mulcahy. He was friendly and professional. After explaining where I was in the car buying process. Mike showed me to a model outside and allowed me to take it for a test drive. During and after the drive Mike explained to me the features of the model I was driving as well as other models offered in the range. Mike also explained the advantages of looking for a Cpo vehicle as opposed to just used. All in all I am very satisfied that I walked over to check out what was being offered. Thank you.”

“I was parked at Ronkonkoma train station a few days and came back to find all 4 wheels and tires gone off my car, Of course it was a Sunday evening. I called AAA and they couldn't tow it since it had no wheels. The call service on my insurance company insisted I did not have a policy...I came back Monday to deal with the car. All County showed up and had all the equipment. They put temporary wheels on the car and got it onto the flatbed. Elmer was amazing! Totally competent and cool. He had to roll the car into position for the truck with me inside steering the car. He was amazingly strong. We finally got the car on the flatbed. Best towing experience ever.”

“Steve sold me an engine and swapped it on my E55. I had it towed from Philly, PA to his shop because I knew it’d be done right. I was more than impressed in the attention to detail that went into it. The work is meticulous and he keeps you updated thru the whole process. He toured me his shop, and it blows you away the equipment he has there. If he can’t fix it, it’s garbage. Steve is an excellent business man. He’s honest, straight to the point and doesn’t BS. His price was more than fair and he has my work whenever it’s something I cannot facilitate myself. It’s worth the drive and time. You don’t find shops like this anymore.”
