Seems like everyone here has a chip on the shoulder even the young kid with the fake cubic 5 carat earring. Wouldn’t recommend it here. Dude told me to go to Walmart but I rather shop at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s instead. Rude people and seems like everyone in there has a personality of a fish! Take your business to pep boys or somewhere else!

The manager named Marek R is very bad and has some attitude issues that he did not return my parts and mentioned I have to return it at home store although I soaks to home store and they said they should be able to return it but it’s the store’s manager discretion and obviously they cannot force him to do so

Lied to my face. I requested the cheapest car battery in stock. The salesman scrolled through his screen and said the cheapest was $109.
However, I saw his screen as well, and the cheapest battery was actually $79. He lied to my face and I called him out on that.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at AutoZone Freeport
Dear AutoZone Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Freeport location. Upon entering the store, I observed a line of four customers waiting for assistance, while the two employees at the cashier desk were not attending to their duties.
One employee was idly looking around and playing with her t-shirt, while the other was engaged in a personal conversation, giving hugs to another lady in the store. This unprofessional behavior resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration for the customers waiting in line.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience. It reflects poorly on AutoZone's commitment to customer service. Such behavior suggests that customers are not a priority for your staff, which is unacceptable. There are many individuals who are genuinely in need of employment and would appreciate the opportunity to work diligently, unlike the employees I encountered.
As a result of this incident, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is disheartening to feel undervalued as a customer, and I hope that AutoZone addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.

worst customer service in commercial department, we have commercial account I went there to buy parts and return core, ( Andrew commercial manager ) I was in front of his desk for 20 minutes and he didn’t even care, he was in the phone, and I was waiting to be serve, a guy from the other desk see me and he was trying to help me and he told him don’t do, and he told me I don’t need your business here, when I ask for a supervisor he told me I am the commercial manager leave the store I will be escalate this issue with AutoZone customer care
