Store lacks customer service and Manager Michael lacks experience. Purchased a tv online with a coupon for in store pick-up. Store canceled the tv due to not having it in stock. When I went to the store to purchase a similar item and asked customer service if they could apply my savings being the coupon didn’t regenerate from the canceled order I wasn’t helped at all. Employees refused to assist me with the situation and acted as if there was nothing that could be done. I’ve been a member since 2016 and that’s the customer service I received. Only looking for assistance for an inconvenience that was caused by the company not by my actions.

Getting gas here is a project there need to be a expert to direct traffic because humans are the worst so selfish & no consideration other people, for a gas station that has several pumps. The people do not nlknow how to move along.

I was there 1/5/2024 it was a Friday afternoon . I did not get the employees name . But she was a blonde woman standing with another younger African American woman by the check out lines . The blonde lady was extremely rude . She was going back and forth with me . The other young lady asked me to follow her and was willing to get me away from that employee and offered her help. She went ahead and apologized on her behave and said to me “she has a lot of anxiety “ . Like ok? . Idk but these employees need more training .

Don't use their mobile app it's horrible. Every single time I use it either when I get their the app all of a sudden doesn't function or after receiving the confirmation that my order is ready it's not ready. Member service doesn't even have clear answers. Invest in a better app system BJs or better yet don't make it an option.

On this holiday eve, the butcher was very accommodating in getting us the cut of Brisket that we needed to make Grandma’s Christmas great, despite the rush of customers. I wish I had his name because he really deserves recognition for his warm and accommodating customer service! Thank you very much!

This location is poorly stocked. Gone there on several occasions and items are on pallets and not stocked. Or not there at all. Once I had to go into the walk in fridge,retrieve the item myself. This is during peak times on Thursdays,Fridays etc. Wasted my time and had to go Westbury location to finish shopping numerous times. Very inconvenient especially since this location is closest.I won't even speak about the horrible line management at yhe gas station. Unnecessary line because cars wont pull forward to pumps at distant end of station. Easily fixed by attendant, but nothing is ever done. This location is just poorly run. Shame on you.This BJ's operation is disrespectful to the community that patronizes it. Do better .

There is a great variety of stuff here, from clothes, food, home goods and seasonal items. Employees are helpful and keep the lines moving

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. They spelled the name wrong! I had toBring the cake back to get fixed. Took an hour out of my busy day trying to fix their mistake.No apology, nothing. Very rude and will be done with the bakery.

This location is the worst when it comes to managing the grounds, between the fuel station and parking lot, there is absolutely no management, completely discombobulated.... HEADACHE..... the inside, as far as product goes, if they don't have it, they will get it or if they are out of a certain item, it may take a min, but eventually, they figure it out and eventually , figure out that the best selling items should be kept in stocks on hand.....

I ordered a Gazebo from BJS.com for delivery. The Metropolitain Warehouse were it was coming from told me the hard Top Gazebo had to be delivered into my house or my garage. I spent my whole weekend clearing out my garage to make space for the gazebo. The delivery guys came today to delivery my Gazebo and wanted to leave it in front of my house in the walkway. They complained about how heavy the Gazebo was and then started yelling at me that they could not bring it down my driveway. I told them to take it back I do not want it. Then the two boys(not men) found they strength and did they job. But the left it outside of the garage. Bjs get better delivery service this one is BAD!!
