Been a boost mobile customer for years. But one of the employees at the Freeport location (stated he was a manager, but I'm sure he was lying) has a real attitude problem. He needs to be properly trained with assisting customers or should find another line of work if he lacks the skills of customer service.

I had a bad experience in this place, I went to buy the iPhone 14 pro max and they sold me the iPhone 14 plus. At the moment I bought it, I realized and they didn't want to return all the money. It's not fair that they took almost 300 dollars from me. They gave me all my money back in full, it's not fair, I didn't even use the phone.
