This Carter’s in Freeport is my favorite location to shop at. The employees are all so helpful especially Jeanine, Frances, and Emily R. I bought a lot of clothes last week and I noticed they were more on sale this week with holiday promotion. I went back to the store with my receipt and Frances was nice enough to manually enter in all the codes to get the better price for me. In this economy, every bit helps! Having nice employees that are patient, helpful, and kind is so appreciated and I will continue to shop here because of them. Also love the clothes, I always end up buying more than I expect but it’s worth it!

I had a bad experience at this location today. Jeanine told me the store was closed even though it wasn’t 7pm yet. Note if any establishment closes at a certain time the doors should be open until then. This location is usually one of the best, small but convenient however Jeanine messed up tonight. She eventually let me in but told me I only had 5 minutes to get what I needed; purchase; and get out! Sorry, I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but the staff should know when they go wrong and try a little better!

One of my go to spots for baby clothes for my daughters. I love the quality and selection of clothes the Carters brand. I've picked up some of my orders here and the staff is always so nice. They usually have decent sales all year round. It's always worth checking the clearance section in case you find items to save for later.

What a great shopping experience at this store. The shop is well lit, very well organized and immaculate. Huge plus in my book. As soon as I walked in both salegirls greeted me ! Another big plus ! Angela helped me as I shopped and encouraged me to apply for the Carter's CC , for the extra 30% discount. I didn't really need another cc, but she was right on with the discount when I checked out ! Another plus ! Oh and the prices, you cannot go wrong. The clothes are just darling too ! As a soon to be grandma of a baby boy, this Carter's will absolutely be my go to baby store ! Thanks ladies for keeping such a lovely store and being so sweet and helpful !

Took my 3 yr old here on a Saturday. Love the Lego store. Staff is friendly. Lots of hand sanitizer since everyone is touching the Legos.

My shopping experience was very good. Friendly staff, well stocked merchandise and good prices. Conveniently located for easy access. I was shopping for a gift for a 5 year old boy and easily found what I was looking for.

This is a great place to shop now that I’m a new grandma. They have the cutest baby boy things and there curbside pickup computer wasn’t working properly on the day I went to pickup so I was parked in front anyway so I walked in and got it. Not a big deal. I love shopping there.
