This place has the worst ATM machines in the world. The drive up ATM is as BAD as the inside. . No care for the customers at all. Please close down so another bank can open up in this community!

The chase bank in Freeport is by the worst branch ever. For some reason both ATM machines are never in service and also the booth is always closed. Its seem they dont care about fixing this issue that has been going on for years. STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I can give zero stars.

Imagine being a young 25 year old, opening his first account and Chase and is faced with so many issues. How is transfer funds between your banking institutions flag as fraud?!?! How much identification and verification do you need to know it's me? Now I'm locked out of my account and is unable to pay my bills. I didn't realize Chase had a rule against transferring funds from your credit union to your bank account. Regardless whatever happens if chase decided to close my account. I do not recommend anyone to Bank at a institution that lacks customer service and empathy.

I’ve been going to this chase branch for years… for some reason, the ATM booth is always locked. And drive thru ATMs rarely ever work properly. Sometimes I have to go to the next town to use the atm ?

Worst Chase ever. Withdraw from ATM $900 but only gave $340. Machine says it gave me $900. Chase doesn’t wanna be responsible for their ATMs. Even for just $20, the machine was giving me trouble. Chase is stealing money from customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK

The manager of this bank Shirley Acassio was extremely discriminatory to me when I went to withdraw $7100 that was available in my account. She YELLED at me to withdraw only $3000 of the money at the ATM. She was rude, condescending the entire time she spoke to me and embarrassed me in a bank full of people. I’m hurt and confused by this matter. I’ve never experienced such discrimination & embarrassment. I’m considering closing my chase account just so I won’t have to show my face there again. Shirley Acassio, you are truly a disgusting human.

I’ve had a chase account since 2007 and this location is by far the worst. ATMs almost never have money. Also, most of the time people can’t even get in with multiple cars to get inside the atms. They must do something to not allow anyones cards to open the door. People are always disappointed. Every time I come people are cursing and yelling. It’s 2023 people want to be able to take out money especially on a Friday night. You can’t even put a deposit in most of the time, The machine has a list of things you could do and clearly it’s usually nothing you could do. It usually says atm can’t deposit atm can’t withdraw. I mean get it together. Customers are bound to go elsewhere especially because they care less about the customers. I’m 100 percent sure of that cause nothing has gotten done in months. I’m a firm believer customers will be going elsewhere one by one. Once they see customers are fleeing that’s when they will care. But, that’s when it will be too late and if they don’t get it together, I know they’ll be going out of business soon. Value customers! Without them u wouldn’t be working for chase!
