Not for this particular branch but Citi closed my credit card without any warning whatsoever! When I complained they said "we emailed you to let you know we closed it"!! Ok, how is that supposed to help me and what does that have to do with notification before hand!??? Apparently they routinely close credit cards that are not used! Good forbid someone keeps track of their money and doesn't go into debt!! One simple message and I could've used it to buy something but noooo, that would make sense! I lost over 10 years of credit history which is already short bc I got a late start!! Thanks for f**ing my credit score, citi bank, so glad I went with chase!!

Not good. I can see why the ratings are 1.9. I dont know if it's the neighborhood or what but no customer service skills are practiced by anyone in this bank. No I take that back the guard at the door was helpful. Told me I need to wait an hour to open an account.

I have often visited this freeport branch make deposits & citicard payments. But, the worst side of it, is about the customer service question:Today this April 16 about 1120am, right after my banking transactions, I inquired on mobile banking because I couldn't login. The cashier lady kindly directed me to the far right window for customer service help.I then reached that far right window where the previous customer was being screamed at by that young customer service staff.Now, being at that window for nearly 40 secondes, I said "hello" given that customer service girl was busily focused on texting. She finally look and said: "what do you want?" I explained that I had some trouble reaching my account online...She harshly cut me off saying: "Call the number at the back of your card, they'll help you!". And she immediately returned to her phone texting without even having to listen the rest of my inquiry.

Horrible branch, save yourself time and go to another Citibank branch that's not this one! I always have a horrible experience with the bank reps there! They seem to always have an issue identifying my account. All other branches are so much easier to work with except this one. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

DON'T COME HERE. WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! Customer services is really awful here. I never had so many issue w/ a bank. I have less than 2 weeks banking here and I already had my bank accounts blocked 2x where I can't withdraw any of the money, and is still block because it takes weeks. I went looking for help at this location where I opened the account in the first place. Only person available was **Latisha** didn't even bother to help only thing that I was told was call customer service I can't do nothing for you. and placed me in a desk with a phone to call them personally. Why even work there LATISHAA if you don't like what you do!!! I went to the Massapequa location and was helped by Asha and her team, she moved heaven and earth to help me and she did I was able to withdraw money while still working on the blocks in my account.. may God bless her and her team.

Worst costumer service !! I live in Freeport and now prefer to go to the Merrick branch ! Save yourself the time !
