The way he treats children is bad, he has no patience with children, he told me to leave the office because my daughter started to cry and wouldn't let me tell her to go.

Called office for an emergency appointment and was scheduled to come in that same day immediately. Very sweet front desk and assistant. Dr. Bickoff was very personable, professional and answered all my questions. If I can give the office more than five stars, I would.

Dr Bycoff is an excellent Opthalmologist, very patient, and he treats all patients with great education and respect, and everything he does with great professionalism, my family and I are very grateful for having him as our opthalmologist in NY (long Island) . unfortunately we moved to another state, and we miss him, Dr. Bycoff, because we have not found a good Opthalmologist like him. God bless you Dr. Bicoff and thank you very much.

Had my regular exam and needed new glasses in the past he did the exam himself, this time around an assistant did it and did it wrong and I’ve gone in multiple ovation because they made a mistake with the prescription and every time I go back he looks at the glasses not my eyes. Now i have to go to a new doctor and buy new glasses after I paid $800.

Dr.Bikoff was the best medical experience I've had in a very long time. He was so kind with his soft spoken warmth. His staff greeted me nicely, helped me promptly and conducted their work as an organized team. His office was clean and equipped with what looked like all up to date tools. But the smooth and warm vibe I felt in their office is what I remember most. Thank you guys for helping me with this chalazion. Its gone!

I have been a patient of dr. For 5 years and he is a very prepared and professional person. It corrected my eye pressure which was high. And now he takes care of my dad. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Is a good doctor ,knowledgeable and efficient, and it seems like Care's, But he needs help, to many patients scheduled at the same time, over and over again, always a long wait, trying to stay here, but life is busy!!!!
