Excellent staff, very neat and clean store. Shelf layout made it very easy to find what I was looking for. Check out was quick. I highly recommend this CVS location.

Consistently out of the medications I’m prescribed. Staff are rude and give conflicting information about what insurance covers. Some checkout staff are really nice but there are enough really obnoxious and hostile ones at the pharmacy desk that I’m looking for a different pharmacy. I already use Amazon for most of my needs, which I would rather not do if I could support a local business. But these pharmacists make it not worth coming to this location.

They lack ethics and understanding, they always close at 9:40 when they say they close at 10:00 regardless of the client's needs.

I was at 2 locations and the pharmacy was great! Got the meds I needed for my dog wich my normal pharmacy dosent have. Rare meds. They did a great job making sure i had what i really needed. 10 years ago I wouldn't have ever gone to the cvs pharmacy. They have stepped up their game for sure!

You guys have a top tier operation going on here, don’t you? This phone system where I have to leave a message AND AM NEVER able to speak to a person directly, only for them to call back, not let it ring even once, and hang up. It happened three times. So of course then I have to go to the pharmacy in person to hopefully find some recourse. I should’ve known I’d find none when I walk up and Elizabeth’s face screams “I don’t want to be here.” She was inattentive in our interaction and lacked any motivation to provide any solution. The pharmacy manager, Freddy, if Elizabeth gave me the right name, obviously has opportunities in the development department because it’s clear there’s no training or coaching going on.

This day I went to pick up a prescription, they gave me the wrong prescription and they stole almost 30 dollars from me. I called the doctor and she told me what that prescription was. From 3 months ago and a Latin girl, I don't know her name, she is disgusting, terrible and boring, she muttered under her breath, I don't know what she said, but terrible people without patience should not be in these services or they should be educated, why does that girl have no education at all? To top it off, they made me wait 40 terrible minutes to attend.
