Although they aren't open 24 hours anymore, it's still a great place. Pat always is a pleasure at the front, if you can't find it, Pat knows the exact spot it's in and Jessica the pharmacist is very attentive to possible reactions with other medicines.

So today we realized we need hot dog buns for dinner tonight, and I decided to shoot up to CVS first before going anywhere else. I walked through the doors, and immediately a big smile on my face because of who was behind the register! It was PAT!!!! As I'm making my way to the buns, she sees me and super big giant smile on her face, waves at me and greets me! Just like she always does, with everyone! With that greeting, total good mood mode activated! I personally shop at this CVS for one reason and that is because of Pat. Shoot, I sometimes get a craving for beef jerky or even those Magnum ice cream bars, which no offense to you guys, are more expensive then stop and shop (but it's understandable why) but I shoot up to CVS to get them because Pat might be working lol. She is such an amazing team member. She greets everyone she sees, she legit knows every product location in the store, and even has the expertise to help the customer make the right choice for purchasing. She is super friendly, and she doesn't just treat the customer like a customer either. Whenever she sees me she often asks how my mom is doing health wise and from what I gather from my mom, whenever she goes up and Pat is there they always have such an amazing conversation. She really makes her feel good about herself. She also helped me to save more money by thoroughly explaining to me how the rewards program works, and with how little the yearly cost is, I more than make up for that cost with the savings I get throughout the year with how much I go up there for stuff. I think I am on year 2 or 3 of my CVS rewards subscription and thanks to Pat explaining it perfectly I save money every time I shop there.

This message is primarily for Gregory. I really hope that's his name. I actually asked him his name when I was leaving and he told me, but I had so many packages in my hands and I just wanted to remember to get onto the CVS app to leave a review. I want to give a big thank you to this gentleman. It's 8 o'clock on a Wednesday night and I had to pick up multiple things that wouldn't even fit in a paper bag. Besides him helping me carry the stuff that I just purchased he also showed me how to bring up my points from the CVS app. He showed me how to use them and when I had to re-scan everything he even helped me do that to help me get out the store quicker. I don't think this necessarily needs a review, but I do believe it's worthy

Excellent customer service from pharmacist and cashiers. Prescriptions filled quickly.
My husband and I transferred something like 20 prescriptions from horrible Walgreens on Henry Street and this CVS filled every prescription within a matter of hours.
They don’t have a drive-thru, but they still provide faster and friendlier service than Walgreens in Henry Street.
I like that the pharmacist takes the time to verify prescription information and doesn’t just fill anything. She’s careful, and makes sure there are no medication interactions.
Transferring our prescriptions to this CVS was the best decision and after years of dealing with rude and poor service from Walgreens Henry Street, we are very happy now.

Mya is very rude in the pharmacy. Not only did she make me wait 7 minutes for her to come to the counter. When she finally arrived she asked date of birth i had to keep repeating myself. Then i paid and i was supposed to sign. I said to her i don't want to touch the signature pen cause the lady that just touched it was sick. She then replied have a wonderful day(yelling). That was rude of her. She desperately needs some training on customer service.

The worst pharmacy attendants I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They refused to give me my medicine, even though I had a 102 fever. I was coming straight from the doctor. It was exactly 1:29, they close for lunch at 1:30. A pharmacy should have rotating employees. While some eat lunch, others serve. What inhumane people! I will never set foot there again!

I personally haven't experienced any issues with the pharmacy at this location and staff is efficient when picking up. Gregory at the front helped me check out after a slight issue with a coupon and he was absolutely awesome. Great attitude and quickly sorted it out and got me going. His customer service was outstanding, so here I am writing a positive review.

your pharmacy refused to get a hold of me about a rx I got prescribed to help me with pain from my surgery. Didn’t even get a hold of me I stead put it in cannot fill. And then no one answers the phone at this location. This is peoples medical not a toy car. This location is not professional at all. Worse location ever. Had to call my hospital up and have them call you to just see my insurance doesn’t cover and I will have to pay out of pocket. So you put it in can not fill cause you were to lazy to call me and ask me if I will cover my own rx. Bad business I wish Google allowed me to give negative. And I think I will follow with a complaint to corporate cause of how bad this could of gone if I didn’t check out myself to see when my prescriptions were done so my bf can pick them up I would of never know until it was to late to even get anything.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with through the phone. I had called to ask for my prescription to be transferred from Walgreens to this location as they need to make the request in order for Walgreens to send it. I called 3 times because the first time they said they would call and claimed no one answered. I waited in Walgreens and after 2 more phone calls the same pharmacist kept answering and saying they would call and never called. He was extremely rude and interrupted me every time I spoke or asked a question. I asked when they would be calling so I could tell the Walgreens pharmacist and he yelled at me THROUGH THE PHONE and said they would call, never answered my question. After waiting at Walgreens for an hour and a half, I called another CVS in the area and was helped immediately. I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this pharmacy.

Pharmacy service was rude..talked to a lady on the phone to ask a few questions about a prescription talked over me didn’t even let me finish a single sentence. I would give the pharmacy a zero. But for cvs they’re good and helpful pretty nice too.

I'm most likely going to switch CVS pharmacies - whenever I go in there its disorganized and uninviting. The two women who stand in the front - Ellen and Michelle - are extremely rude, never help, and don't know how to use the systems. Today there was a line of people and one cashier doing all the work, while they stood around with another store manager talking and laughing in the front of the store - this is a regular occurrence when were in there. Earlier while I was at the pharmacy, my husband wanted to return something and she snapped at him to go get the same item so she could scan it. The pharmacists are very nice - this review is not for them
