Pharmacy service was rude..talked to a lady on the phone to ask a few questions about a prescription talked over me didn’t even let me finish a single sentence. I would give the pharmacy a zero. But for cvs they’re good and helpful pretty nice too.

I'm most likely going to switch CVS pharmacies - whenever I go in there its disorganized and uninviting. The two women who stand in the front - Ellen and Michelle - are extremely rude, never help, and don't know how to use the systems. Today there was a line of people and one cashier doing all the work, while they stood around with another store manager talking and laughing in the front of the store - this is a regular occurrence when were in there. Earlier while I was at the pharmacy, my husband wanted to return something and she snapped at him to go get the same item so she could scan it. The pharmacists are very nice - this review is not for them

I am only giving it a 5 star because of Taneshia she was amazing at helping me get my meds fast. Most of the workers here are very very miserable I'm so happy they finally got someone like Taneshia who actually cares about people.

Kelvin & Karen was very great here at the CVS location in Freeport. They’re amazing when it comes to customer service and they help me find what I was looking for.

Absolutely outstanding service at the Pharmacy by Kelvin and Greg. 1. Both gentlemen were exceptionally professional and courteous. 2. They had my Rx waiting for me 10mins after to MD sent it over. 3. They knew exactly what to do when I needed to pickup other meds at a different location tmrw. 4. Checkout was fun and speedy.Bonus: the young lady at the front wished me a nice evening on my way out.If all stores were staffed with people like this, we would have a perfect world.

I came in to get something to drink yesterday and a child was behind the counter .hmmmm what is a child doing there. Why was he holding a zebra laser scanner. I turn around d and this child is pointing it at my eyes. It tells you not to point that at people. Also that is a laser. This is why you don't hire lessers.

Cashiers refuse to ring you up- you are forced to do it yourself, and if you actually demand a real person- they will literally ask you to leave.

I shot here once a week for 20 years, the quality keeps getting worse. Currently its the worst place to shop at. 7pm on a Tuesday there is a line out the day to pay and the only cashier there was too busy to be a cashier, while the automatic self checkout is not working. One by one people on line just walked out of the store. I waited and paid and told the only cashier this was not her fault. This is the fault of the local manager and CEO. The CEO only looks for bigger and bigger but over looks the customer, the quality inside of the store.... Im now at the point of ordering on line from amazon and Walmart to avoid going into a CVS. CVS has gotten really bad and there is no manager there , and or untrained to offer a quality shopping experience for there customers

I was very sick and picking up medicine. I understood that we arrived early so we told the worker at the pharmacy that we will wait for it. We were told 10-15 minute wait. We waited double that with no one checking on us with updates. So essentially i am waiting in pain and in the dark as to the status. We had to ask to check multiple times and told to wait. When finally we had to know what the hold up was. Within that time, I can see they never started preparing the medicine I was waiting for and needed. So what the hell was I waiting for?! For workers start doing their job?? Then to be told to calm down and that the medicine was not in stock. If someone was keeping an eye out for customers, respectful, and even remotely human rather than robotic they would be better. They need better and more staff for sure! very disappointed... I'll be switching my pharmacy after that experience.
