The latest pickup option was 3:00. I got there at 2:45 and they were already closed. Couldn’t pick up my order that was already paid for.

Very irresponsible :( I placed an order for Mother’s Day more than a week from said day. I called on Mother’s Day at around 1:00pm and was told that the order was being made. It was 6pm and the ordered still wasn’t delivered. I live in another state and that was a gift for my mother who lives and works not even FIVE MINUTES away from this shop and they still couldn’t deliver on time. The best they could do is give me a refund, which I am still waiting for. Honestly very dissatisfied and disappointed ??

Just recently I received a delicious and nutritious bouquet of fruit, birthday balloons and 4 vanilla cupcakes. As I am highly allergic to many fruits and other foods, my family was very careful in explaining what I should receive. Everything was done nicely and the delivery girl was all smiles as she rang my bell and delivered. And, spoke with the Manager of my delivery. Even though they did move from Atlantic Avenue to Brooklyn Avenue in Freeport, having it in the Village and near the LIRR is a wonderful asset to the community. JY

OMG :( HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My call started with Corporate....they transferred me to Freeport because it was the closest store to my deliveries. I normally use Garden City!! As an act of KINDESS I want to send 2 Fruit Bouquets to 2 Women's Shelters. I spoke to the Manager in Freeport and I was inquiring about a discount. It seemed as if once he heard Women's Shelter all of his "Kindness" went out the window!!! He went on a rant telling me that I had to pay $14.99 for each delivery since there are 2 different locations....I said OK. Delivery fees were never an issue. All I was looking for was a discount to make the bouquets a little more affordable for me. I asked to speak to the owner and he rudely told me "The Owner doesn't work here. (I wanted to tell him that he shouldn't work there either, but I refrained because I'm on a "Kindness Mission") I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU NEED A PROMO CODE"!.) I could've understood if he simply said that he wasn't able to give a discount....,I would've just ordered less expensive arrangements!In a World of Turmoil....his rudeness tried to break my kind spirit. I will attempt to place an order with Garden City or Rockville Center tomorrow! SHAME ON YOU FREEPORT!!!! I Pray that neither you or your families are ever in Need!

I told myself today would be the last time I attempted to patronize this business. The time on the door and website lists they close at 5 pm. Yet every time I go the door is closed from 430 and they don’t respond to the knocks. Edible arrangements has no direct way to contact the store, what kind of business is this. That when u call u get a main customer service line and must navigate through an agent for them to call the store for u ??♀️. No thanks I’m good.

I sent several arrangements from this location to many colleagues. They have always made sure that my arrangements arrived on time and always look so impeccable. I was so surprised how beautiful they looked. Everyone who I’ve sent an arrangement to from this location was impressed. I will definitely be using them again for my business and family related orders. They will not disappoint and take your business seriously. It’s always a pleasure doing business with a business that takes you the customers seriously and always looks to impress! Thank you!

I spoke to May about my order and she took care of everything! Made sure that the delivery happened ahead of schedule ! She definently came through for me. Give that woman a raise ! Her customer service is impeccable ! Even sent me a picture confirming my delivery. I would recommend her to everyone !

Extremely disorganized, lady at the front only screams and doesn’t stop talking, they had people with preorders sit and wait over 2hrs to receive their mother day arrangement while other random people would constantly walk In and walk out with an arrangement.Do you self a favor and find another edible arrangement to shop from. This one is a disgrace!
