The ride service from the auto shop was excellent and made the rental process easier. However, waiting over 40 minutes for the rental car was quite frustrating.

Went into enterprise to rent a car and walked out with my information compromised. The manager had access to my card and license in an area that was to the right of the front/checkout computers. He was sitting down as was I and I heard him say I needed another card. When I gave him another payment source I told him it may not be enough money yet on this card so I will have to go to the bank to deposit more.The total owed was 667 and I had around 650 on the card. I asked the manager if he could cashapp me so I can transfer it to my bank card and I’ll give him cash from my wallet so the 667 owed can be satisfied. We decided to just go to bank and everything was handled. The next morning (2:40am) I got an alert from my bank of a transaction I did not authorize and saw that my deposit that was scheduled to be in my account was gone. Someone created a cashapp account(most likely with ny license/card info) and took out my whole 1300 dollar deposit from my Bank of America account, which is connected to my cashapp. I have identity theft and other known tools to prevent this. Someone had to have had my information for this to happen. I left that location and the next morning my money is missing. Coincidental? My gut says there’s a dirty individual there and I’m sure who it was because I came back next morning and he was trying to get me to look at his cashapp to distance himself. Why would anyone try to distance themselves that much if they’re confident they had nothing to do with it. The manager there said risk management was supposed to contact me. It’s been over a week now and no one from enterprise has contacted me thus far. I will take this issue to Social Media because someone at that location is Dirty. People think they can get away with doing things, but time is undefeated and a leopard never changes their spots. I wish that manager the best.

Service was cordial; better service when I travel, no pun intended.
Josh* was pleasant.
Checkout was fairly seamless.
The next two days I went to get another rental, and I forgot my license, and they couldn't give me a rental vehicle. My partner was more upset than me, so decided to take me to work for the week (gold at the end of the rainbow for me). Guess I should thankful afterall.

Don't even bother. I made a reservation for a premium SUV , they called me after business hours the night before pickup to let me know that they did not have the vehicle. They tried to offer me a much smaller vehicle that did not meet my needs.The vehicle is available at the locations at a higher price because it is same day. This feels like some kind of scam to get people to pay more for the same vehicle. The customer service is trash and to tell somebody after business hours the day before pick up that there's no vehicle for them to pick up is disgusting. Choose another brand completely.

Breohna and Caleb were SO kind and helpful. I loved working with them and it was such a quick and easy process. Will definitely come back when I visit Long Island again!

I went to the Freeport location recently and was helped by Jon and Darnel. These two gentlemen were respectful and helpful. The vehicle was clean and available same day. Employees at this site go out of their way to please their customers.

Used the car for Vermont ski trip and experience was great: the car was new and ready for pick-up. Was in and out in 5 min. Same with drop-off. Will use them again for more ski trips this winter.
