I went to the Freeport location recently and was helped by Jon and Darnel. These two gentlemen were respectful and helpful. The vehicle was clean and available same day. Employees at this site go out of their way to please their customers.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and very responsive. Shantel and Darnell are exemplary employees and deserve to be recognized.

Used the car for Vermont ski trip and experience was great: the car was new and ready for pick-up. Was in and out in 5 min. Same with drop-off. Will use them again for more ski trips this winter.

Poor Customer Service. limited options. Found a way to add sneaky charges that weren't discussed. I highly recommend going to another branch.

Darnell took care of me at Enterprise of Freeport (I also had a pleasant conversation with Chantel on the phone before arriving). This is my second time using this center. They were nothing but pleasant, courteous and helpful! Absolutely would go there again!! Thank you guys!!

I called to see what vehicles are available , because I needed to pick up a vehicle immediately. The gentleman on the phone said I only have an suv, I asked the price he said he couldn’t give a price over the phone. I said if you have one car how much is it, he began to talk in circles and hung up the phone-this is not the enterprise I know. This level of customer service is disgusting.

Let me describe the disgusting and outright illegal business dealings at this location. I was hit with a $236 toll charge for tolls I never went through. Upon further investigation, it has been discovered that another car has the same license plate. The other car went through numerous tolls and they charged my card. I had to threaten to get law enforcement involved before they returned my money. I do not recommend. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! 10 out of 10 would not recommend!!!

Would leave 0 if possible. Avoid this rental office. Check everything inside and out! I was more worried looking for exterior damage. My wife was given a rental through insurance in which during initial inspection we didn't look at the air vent on inside of car and missed a missing vent cover. When returned it was somehow the first thing noticed. We were told it would be processed as do not pursue and a day later called back to be told that they were pursuing us for damage.

Very good experience at enterprise in freeport. All staff was super helpful and followed up even on a busy back to school weekend. Much better than the competition in the area! Thank you to Andrew, Kareem and Omari for making the experience 5 stars, will definitely recommend!

Called to get a vehicle replace because it has a nasty smell. I initially got it from a different location and they're telling me they have absolutely no vehicle available. I don't believe it.

The employees that work in the Freeport store are scammers...in the hour and a half that I waited for my rental I witnessed so much flimflam from them, was a horror show in motion. They tried to upsell me to an SUV after waiting for them to find the type of medium size auto that I specifically asked for and agreed to wait while they located it. The young man handed me paperwork to sign for a large SUV saying that it will only cost $12.52 per day over the $50 my insurance covered. He told me that there was no cars on the lot other than SUVs I again agreed to wait for him to find what I wanted. A few minutes later I see him pull up to door with a Blue Malibu that had been parked with other sedans in my view of the lot. He was noticably annoyed when I didn't buy optional insurance from them. I declined the coverage since my Auto Insurance plus American Express had it covered I witnessed the scare tactics used by this group to sell this Insurance. I returned the car to the Body Shop (Freeport Collision) yesterday early afternoon. I had my Sister with me and she looked very closely along with me at this car. There was no visible damage to the rocker panel on the driver side that Enterprise phoned today to claim is there after their driver picked it up from Freeport Collision and drove it back ito Enterprise...They accused me of damaging this car which I very strongly deny. They said that I drove the car 35 miles from Monday afternoon to Thursday afternoon. I thought I drive it even less than that. I phoned Freeport Collision and Allstate and American Express to report this bad behavior. It is my opinion that the damage may have been done by the Enterprise Employee when he drove it back to their lot. The young man, Andrew who said that he was the Enterprise Manager, said that he would phone me back in an hour after checking with their auto body shop to make a final decision on whether they are holding me responsible for the damage. It's going on two hours as I write this and he has not phoned. I hope that he had decided to drop this ridiculous claim Patricia Edick

Don't honor reservation/booking/hold (whatever they call it today). Caused total change in plans. 2 days in a row made online AND phone reservation/hold/booking. 2 days in a row no car available when time to pick up. What a joke. Never try to rent from Enterprise anywhere. Reservation/booking/hold mean nothing. Horrible way to run a rental business.
