Super simple. I was returning a set of patio cushions in a large box. She scanned my barcode, printed my label and brought the item to the back.

Super simple. I went in really early so was helped by the sole employee well was apparently a Jill of all trades. They scan the package, ask for a phone number for tracking and that's it. I believe you can also pick up there based on the FedEx signage
